【正文】 海 南 大 學(xué) 畢 業(yè) 論 文（設(shè)計(jì)） 題 目： 基于 jsp 的企業(yè)人事管理系統(tǒng)人員信息管理設(shè)計(jì)與 實(shí)現(xiàn) 學(xué) 號(hào)： 101000121001 姓 名： 林發(fā)蒙 年 級(jí)： 2021 級(jí) 學(xué) 院： 信息學(xué)院 系 別： 計(jì)算機(jī)系 專 業(yè)： 計(jì)算機(jī)與科學(xué) 指導(dǎo)教師： 陳丹 完成日期： 2021 年 5 月 1 日 2 摘要 隨著當(dāng)今企業(yè)人員數(shù)量不斷增加、分工的不斷細(xì)化、各行業(yè)間聯(lián)系的不斷密切。對(duì)人事管理的要求也不斷提高，實(shí)現(xiàn)人事管理自動(dòng)化，無(wú)疑將帶來(lái)高效率的企業(yè)管理。人員是企業(yè)生存的主要元素，人員的增減、變動(dòng)將直接影響到企業(yè)的整體運(yùn)作，企業(yè) 每天都要涉及到人員工問(wèn)題。企業(yè)員工越多、分工越細(xì)、聯(lián)系越密，所要做的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作就越多，人事管理的難度就越大。最初的人事管理采用人工方式，記錄量大，易出錯(cuò)。人事管理系統(tǒng)就是用電腦代替大量的人工記錄，完成眾多信息的處理，方便、準(zhǔn)確度高，且可以長(zhǎng)期保存。人事管理系統(tǒng)，為個(gè)人提供資料查詢服務(wù)，為企業(yè)提供工員分工等服務(wù)。舊式的用紙介材料來(lái)記錄的人工管理方式已不合適現(xiàn)代企業(yè)公司的發(fā)展了，實(shí)現(xiàn)人事管理的系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、自動(dòng)化，將成為現(xiàn)代公司管理人員的首選。本系統(tǒng)基本上能滿足現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人事管理的需求，人事管理系統(tǒng)中使用各種表格 ，保存相關(guān)的人員信息，方便查詢、瀏覽、修改等操作。工資管理系統(tǒng)的前提是一定要有員工的在職作為基礎(chǔ)，在使用的時(shí)候一定要保證員工在職的人事信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。 本系統(tǒng)是綜合人事管理系統(tǒng)。企業(yè)人事管理系統(tǒng)是典型的信息管理系統(tǒng)(MIS)，其開(kāi)發(fā)主要包括后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立和維護(hù)以及前端應(yīng)用程序的開(kāi)發(fā)兩個(gè)方面。系統(tǒng)包含的主要功能為查詢，修改，刪除和添加，對(duì)職工的檔案，職工工資、職工培訓(xùn)、職工的部門(mén)調(diào)動(dòng)、職工獎(jiǎng)懲等信息進(jìn)行管理。本系統(tǒng)采用 B/S模式，前臺(tái)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)采用 JSP 作為開(kāi)發(fā)工具，后臺(tái)采用 SQL Server 2021 作為數(shù) 據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：人事檔案；管理信息系統(tǒng)；數(shù)據(jù)流程 3 Abstract It is an important content of pany39。s management that the Enterprise personnel management system. The Enterprise personnel administrative system, offers personnel inquiry service for individual and enterprise personnel traditional paper has lain between the development of the already improper modern enterprise like corporation of information management of data of the materials and realizes personnel systematization ,standardization , automation of management ,so it bees modern pany firstselection to manage system can meet modern enterprise39。s personnel management39。s demands basically, use various kinds of forms in the modern personnel administrative system, keep relevant personnel information, convenient to is it operate it to inquire about, browse through, fix prerequisite of administrative system will certainly have the employee39。s attendance information as the foundation, because the system to use staff attendance information is it calculate personnel of staff to e, must guarantee the staff39。s personnel information database while using, so this system is chartered Draw together some information processing of the personnel (the staff39。s attendance, settlement of working time ,etc. The enter price personnel management system is the typical information management system (MIS), its development mainly includes the backstage database the establishment and the maintenance as well as front end the application procedure development two aspects. The system contains the main function is the inquiry, the revision, the deletion and the increase , to staff39。s file, the staff wages, the staff trains, staff39。s department transfers, information and so on staff rewards and punishment carries on the management. This system uses the B/S pattern, the onstage system development uses JSP to take the development kit, the backstage uses SQL Server 2,000 to take the database management system.
