【正文】 典 型 軸 類 零 件 的 加 工 工 藝 設(shè) 計 摘 要 能通過運用機械制造工藝學課程中的基本理論以及在生產(chǎn)實習中學到實踐知識，正確的解決一個零件在加工過程中的定位 .夾緊以及工藝路線安排 .工藝尺寸確定等問題，保證零件的加工質(zhì)量 本文選擇了軸的加工工藝設(shè)計這一課題， 主要闡述了對軸類零件的加工工藝過程 ,主要表現(xiàn)在從 毛坯 到成品的的過程它分為零件的熱處理 ,大部分 采用的是 常見的 四把火和調(diào)制處理 .對典型的軸比如機床主軸 、 汽車半軸 、 內(nèi)燃機曲軸 、 階梯軸 和 CA6140 主軸的熱處理和加工工藝都有很明確的方案 及選材。 對 軸的加 工工藝流程分為 :下料→鍛造→正火→機械加工→調(diào)質(zhì)→ 粗車 — 半精車 — 精車 — 粗磨 — 精磨 — 光整加工 — 終檢 。對工件的裝夾都采取一次性裝夾 滿足基準重合和基準統(tǒng)一或者互為基準。 對不同的工件采取的加工工藝有所不同。以上 此法操作簡便、工效提高、節(jié)省材料，能保證 加工 精度。 對它的工藝性能 也有 明顯的提高 和使用壽命長等優(yōu)點。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 熱處理工藝 軸加工工藝 軸的裝夾定位 Abstract Through the use of machinery manufacturing technology courses in basic theory and practice in the production of learned practical knowledge, the correct solution to a part in the positioning process.
