【正文】 （論文） 題 目： 房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)銷售管理信息系統(tǒng) 學(xué) 院： ____________ 專 業(yè)： __________________ 學(xué)生姓名：班級 /學(xué)號 :__________________________ 指導(dǎo)老師 /督導(dǎo)老師： _____ 起止時間： __________________________________ 摘要 摘要 本系統(tǒng)采用 技術(shù)作為創(chuàng)建 Web站點(diǎn)的方式，以 C作為編程開發(fā)語言，采用 SQL Server 2021 數(shù)據(jù)庫作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫。它是基于 Browser/Server結(jié)構(gòu)下形成的數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的 Web應(yīng)用程序。 本項(xiàng)目基本遵循了軟件工程方法論進(jìn)行需求分析、概要設(shè)計、詳細(xì)設(shè)計和軟件測試。 實(shí)現(xiàn)了房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)銷售管理信息 系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)主要分為兩大部分，分別是管理員部分與普通用戶部分，其中主要有七個功能模塊，它們分別是：樓盤房屋資料管理、房屋銷售管理、查詢功能、報表統(tǒng)計管理、財務(wù)管理、合同管理以及系統(tǒng)設(shè)置，以及管理員信息管理等功能。 關(guān)鍵詞：房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)銷售管理信息系統(tǒng) 。C。Browser/Server。SQL Server 2021。 I Abstract Abstract This article focuses on real estate sales management information systems development methods and functionality. The system uses technology as a way to create a Web site, C Programming Language, SQL Server 2021 database as the backend database. It is datadriven Web applications based on Browser / Server structure formation. This project follows the basic methodology of software engineering requirements analysis, preliminary design, detailed design and software testing. Real estate sales management information system is mainly divided into two parts, namely, the administrator part of the ordinary user part, which has seven major functional modules, they are: real estate housing data management, housing sales management, query functions, reports, statistical management, financial management, contract management, and system settings, and administrator information management functions.
