【正文】 1 淺析網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬財(cái)產(chǎn)保護(hù) 內(nèi)容摘要 隨著我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲玩家呈現(xiàn)批量增長的趨勢(shì)。而網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲中虛擬貨幣、裝備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲角色等所謂的網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬財(cái)產(chǎn)被侵犯的案件也在隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲的發(fā)展而愈演愈烈。網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬財(cái)產(chǎn)的保護(hù)工作已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。但是，我國針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬財(cái)產(chǎn)的保護(hù)還存在著種種缺陷與不足。本文通過對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬財(cái)產(chǎn)的概念、特征以及國內(nèi)外對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬財(cái)產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀的分析，針對(duì)我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬財(cái)產(chǎn)的保護(hù)工作提出了幾點(diǎn)問題及建議。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬財(cái)產(chǎn) 網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲玩家 游戲運(yùn)營商 裝備 2 Analyses the work hypothesized property protection Ａ bstract With China39。s online game industry39。s rapid development, China39。s online game player present batch growth trend.
