某煉油污水處理站設(shè)計 摘 要 煉油 污水 是煉油化工行業(yè)生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)行過程中產(chǎn)生的不可直接利用的污染水,它是國內(nèi)工業(yè)廢水的重要組成部分。 煉油行業(yè)是環(huán)境污染較為嚴(yán)重的行業(yè),從原料到產(chǎn)品,從生產(chǎn)到使用,都存在造成環(huán)境污染的因素。 受生產(chǎn)工藝和產(chǎn)品的影響,煉油污水的水質(zhì)、水量變化復(fù)雜,有機(jī)污染物濃度不同,是難處理的工業(yè)廢水之一。目前,國內(nèi)煉油污水處理手段以生化為主,輔以一些物理方法如絮凝、沉淀等。 本工藝設(shè)計針對煉油污水的水質(zhì)、水量的特點,力求做到經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效,采用了傳統(tǒng)的、有成功設(shè)計、運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗的活性污泥法,輔以物 理方法;生化部分采用改造的多點進(jìn)水的運(yùn)行方式,工藝流程見如下,處理后出水可達(dá)到國家石油化工行業(yè)污水排放Ⅱ級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 格柵 曝氣調(diào)節(jié)池 平流隔油池浮選池推流曝氣池二沉池進(jìn)水出水 本設(shè)計說明書較全面地敘述了設(shè)計方案的選擇與論證、處理構(gòu)筑物的設(shè)計計算、處理站平面布置和高程布置及工程概算等內(nèi)容。 關(guān) 鍵 詞: 煉油污水, 處理站,設(shè)計, 活性污泥法 THE DESIGN OF TREATMENT STATION ON OIL REFINERY WASTEWASTER ABSTRACT Refinery sewage generated form the chemical industry production and operation, which can not be the direct use. It is the domestic industry wastewater. Refining industry is more serious environmental pollution industry. There are some factors causing environmental pollution in the processes from raw materials to products, from production to use. The oil refining sewage quality and quantity plexly changes by the impact of the technology and production, concentration of organic pollutants is different. At present, domestic treatment methods on refining wastewater were the biological and chemical methods, supplemented by physical methods such as flocculation, sedimentation, and so on. In this design, biochemical and physiochemical methods are used, which can ensure the quality of drained water. But there are also some weakness, such as its plication pared with some advanced process, certainly, it also has a lot of advantages, for example, its process is economical, and just this one conform to the fact of our country. Following is the technological process. After treatment, the treated water can meet the ‘second grade standard of the national second class discharge.’ Influent → Grille → Conditioner → oil Separator → Flotation cell → Biopilot → Setting Basin → effluent The design detailedly described the selection and demonstration of the design project, the design account of structures, the layout of treatment station, the elevation layout and content, such as budget for the project, respectively.
