【正文】 常州工學院機電工程學院畢業(yè)設計 說明書 汽車內(nèi)飾 配件（一） 充填模擬及其模具設計 摘要： 本文主要介紹的是汽車內(nèi) 飾配件注塑模具的設計方法。首先分析內(nèi)飾配件 制件的工藝特性，包括材料性能、成型 特性與條件、結構工藝性等，并選擇了成型設備。接著介紹了汽車內(nèi)飾配件 注塑模的分型面的選擇、型腔數(shù)目的確定及布置，重點介紹了澆注系統(tǒng)、成型零件、合模導向機構、脫模機構、斜導桿以及冷卻系統(tǒng)的設計。然后選擇標準模架和模具材料，并對注射機的工藝參數(shù)進行相關校核。最后模具總體方案為，一模兩腔，側式澆口形式，用推桿將制件推出。 關鍵詞： 汽車內(nèi)飾 配件 注塑模 澆注系統(tǒng) 導向機 構 常州工學院機電工程學院畢業(yè)設計 說明書 Filling simulation and die design of the car interior accessories Abstract： The designing methods of injection mould of the car interior accessories are mainly introduced in this , the technological characteristics are analysed, including material properties, forming characteristics and conditions, the process of the structure, the forming equipment is the parting line is selected, the number of cavities is det specific introduction are made on gating system, cooling system,Molding parts, Steering mechanism, moulding mechanism,and oblique guides. Then the standard mould bases and Mould materials are the technological parameters of the forming equipment is checked. Finally the structure of the mold is of two cavities and two side of the gates, then a stripper plate is used to push off the car interior accessories.
