【正文】 loyment Application Procedures and Documents Required一、辦理程序： procedures: 辦理外國(guó)人就業(yè)許可證→辦理外國(guó)人就業(yè)證Transacting Foreigner Employment License→transacting Foreigner Employment Permit二、申請(qǐng)外國(guó)人就業(yè)許可證需提供下列材料： following documents are needed for applying Foreigner Employment License:《外國(guó)人就業(yè)申請(qǐng)表》（由聘用單位填寫一式三份，行業(yè)主管部門蓋章）； Employment Application Form(filled in by the Employer in triplicate and sealed by the industry department in charge)。擬聘用外國(guó)人的報(bào)告（由聘用單位出具、說明聘用原因和理由）； of foreigners intended to be employed(issued by the Employer, with causes and reasons for employment)。聘用意向書（由聘用單位出具，如聘書、任命書、委任書、決定等）； of Employment(issued by the Employer, Letter, Letter of Appointment, Certificate of Employment, Resolution etc)。擬聘用的外國(guó)人履歷證明（由國(guó)外機(jī)構(gòu)或組織出具或由本人填寫及翻譯件、由聘用單位蓋章）；(curriculum vitae)of the foreigners intended to be employed(issued by foreign institutions or organizations or written by the foreigners personally and the copy of translation sealed by the Employer)。擬聘用的外國(guó)人從事該項(xiàng)工作的資格證明（學(xué)歷證明、技能資格證明、由該外國(guó)人原工作單位出具從事本專業(yè)實(shí)際工作二年以上經(jīng)歷的證明；原件及正規(guī)翻譯社翻譯件）； qualifications of the foreigners intended to be employed for the work(diploma, skills qualifications, certificate of the foreigner issued by his/her original employer to prove that he/she has been working practically in this specialty for two years or more。original copy and translation copy by formal translation agency)。擬聘用外國(guó)人的有效護(hù)照復(fù)印件； of valid passports of the foreigners intended to be employed。企業(yè)批準(zhǔn)證書、營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證復(fù)印件； copies of Approval Certificate of Enterprise, Business License and Organization Code Certificate無犯罪記錄證明（由外使領(lǐng)館或外國(guó)警察局出具的原件及正規(guī)翻譯社翻譯件）。 of Good Conduct(original copies issued by foreign embassies and consulates or police offices with translation copies by fo
