【正文】 earlier publication as requested by the publication the applicant attains the right of temporary protection.（4）實(shí)質(zhì)審查階段 ：發(fā)明專(zhuān)利申請(qǐng)公布以后，如果申請(qǐng)人已經(jīng)提出實(shí)質(zhì)審查請(qǐng)求并已生效的，申請(qǐng)人進(jìn)入實(shí)審程序。在實(shí)審期間審查員將對(duì)專(zhuān)利申請(qǐng)是否具有新穎性、創(chuàng)造性、實(shí)用性以及專(zhuān)利法規(guī)定的其它實(shí)質(zhì)性條件進(jìn)行全面審查。經(jīng)審查認(rèn)為不符合授權(quán)條件的或者存在各種缺陷的，將通知申請(qǐng)人在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)陳述意見(jiàn)或進(jìn)行修改，逾期不答復(fù)的，申請(qǐng)被視為撤回，經(jīng)多次答復(fù)申請(qǐng)仍不符合要求的，予以駁回。實(shí)質(zhì)審查中未發(fā)現(xiàn)駁回理由的，將按規(guī)定進(jìn)入授權(quán)程序。（4）Substantive Examination ProcedureIf the applicant has filed a request for substantive examination and such request is effective, the patent application for invention will enter into the Substantive Examination Procedure after Substantive Examination the examiner shall examine fully whether or not the application possess novelty, inventiveness and practical applicability and whether or not the application is in conformity with other related substantive conditions provided in the Patent a patent application which is deemed not being eligible to be granted patent right or whose application documents have defects, the examiner shall notify the applicant to make statements or make rectification within the time the applicant fails to respond within the time limit the application shall be deemed to have been the application fails to meet the requirements of substantive examination after repeated responses, it shall be substantive examination if there has found no grounds for rejection, the application will enter into the Stage of Granting Patent Right.（5）授權(quán)階段 ：發(fā)明專(zhuān)利申請(qǐng)經(jīng)實(shí)質(zhì)審查未發(fā)現(xiàn)駁回理由的，專(zhuān)利局將發(fā)出授權(quán)通知書(shū)和辦理登記手續(xù)通知書(shū)。申請(qǐng)人接到通知書(shū)后應(yīng)當(dāng)在2個(gè)月之內(nèi)按照通知的要求辦理登記手續(xù)并繳納規(guī)定的費(fèi)用。按期辦理登記手續(xù)的，專(zhuān)利局將授予專(zhuān)利權(quán)，頒發(fā)專(zhuān)利證書(shū)，在專(zhuān)利登記簿上記錄，并于專(zhuān)利公報(bào)上公告。未按規(guī)定辦理登記手續(xù)的，視為放棄取得專(zhuān)利權(quán)的權(quán)利。（5）Granting Patent RightIf the examiner founds no grounds for rejection upon substantive examination, he/she shall issue the Notification to Grant Patent Right and Notification of Go throughFormalities of receiving the aforesaid notifications the applicant shall go through the formalities of registration and pay the registration fees within 2 months in accordance with the requirements of the the registration procedure is pleted within the time limit, the Pate
