Part of the volume of sublist of projects should be an integrated unit pricing。 measures price list of items should be based on the proposed construction project designed to measure the amount of calculation works projects, the project should be part of the volume of sublist of ways an integrated unit pricing。 the rest of measures the project can be of the way the unit pricing, should be included in addition to fees, the full cost of foreign taxes。 the list of other projects: the amount of leads from the tender in the list other items, materials provisional valuation by the tender in list of other projects, professional project occasional valuation from other items in the tender Integrated unit to plete a required part of the subunit of measurement of quantities of engineering projects or measures to the list of items needed for labor, materials, construction machinery and the use of fees and management fees and profit enterprises, as well as a range of risk costs. 【 Key words】 The list of projects part of the volume of sublist of projects prehensive price 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 說(shuō) 明 書(shū) 4 言 我 這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 的 主要任務(wù)是完成 市區(qū) 1商住樓工程量清單及招標(biāo)控制價(jià)的編制 。 該 工程位于成都市 新都縣 ， 建筑為 現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土 框架結(jié)構(gòu)，建筑層數(shù)四層，總 建筑面積 ㎡ ，建筑高度 為 米 。設(shè)計(jì) 使用 年限 50 年，建筑耐火等級(jí)二級(jí)，建筑安全等級(jí)二級(jí)，建筑抗震設(shè)防烈度 七 度，建筑抗震類別丙類 ，屋面防水等級(jí)二級(jí) ，混凝土室內(nèi)正常環(huán)境為一類，室內(nèi)潮濕、露天及與水土直接接觸部分為二類 。 造價(jià)范圍包括土建、裝飾、 給排水、電氣及部分弱電工程 造價(jià) （建筑設(shè)計(jì)不包括二次裝修和總平綠化設(shè)計(jì)） 。 根椐《建設(shè)工程工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)規(guī)范》（ GB505002021），《四川省建設(shè)工程工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)定額》（ 2021），《四川省施工企業(yè)工程規(guī)費(fèi)計(jì)取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、《總承包服務(wù)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、《 03G101》、相關(guān)西南圖集等配套文件和規(guī)定以及該綜合樓工程施工圖一套， 分別計(jì)算各單位工程的工程量并計(jì)算其分項(xiàng)報(bào)價(jià)和最終 招標(biāo) 控制價(jià)。我完成工程量計(jì)算書(shū)一 套（共 3冊(cè)），工程量清單和招標(biāo)控制價(jià)各一份。 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 說(shuō) 明 書(shū) 5 制 建筑工程工程量清單內(nèi)容和編制特點(diǎn) 建筑工程工程量清單包括 土 石 方工程、砌筑工程、混凝土及鋼筋混凝土工程、屋面及防水工程、隔熱、保溫工程 ，具體的內(nèi)容參見(jiàn) 計(jì)算書(shū) ① 。 此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 建筑工程 清 量 清 單實(shí)體項(xiàng)目 包括： （一） 土 石 方工程：包括平整場(chǎng)地，挖基礎(chǔ)土方，土方回填 ，運(yùn)土 。 ⑴ 平整場(chǎng)地：按建筑物首層面積計(jì)算。 ⑵ 挖基礎(chǔ)土方：由于場(chǎng)地?zé)o需大面積開(kāi)挖，所以只需挖基礎(chǔ)土 方即可，其中地下 基礎(chǔ)梁部分采取挖溝槽土方即可?；油练角鍐喂こ塘康扔诨A(chǔ)墊層底面積乘以挖土深度，在09 定額里考慮 放 坡系數(shù)和工作面，采用機(jī)械方坡 1： 進(jìn)行計(jì)算，支模工作面為每邊300mm 進(jìn)行計(jì)算。 ⑶ 土方回填：分為室內(nèi)回填和基礎(chǔ)回填：室內(nèi)回填 中 ，室內(nèi)地坪取 150 厚；室外地坪標(biāo)高為 。在回填 時(shí) 要扣除地下 基礎(chǔ) 梁 和樁承臺(tái)基礎(chǔ) 在基坑里面所占體積，以免多算。 (4)運(yùn)土：運(yùn)到工地外 8 公里處。 （二） 砌筑工程： ⑴ 實(shí)心磚墻： 外 墻部分采用實(shí)心磚墻，按設(shè)計(jì)圖示尺 寸以體積計(jì)算 ⑵ 空心磚墻 即 填充墻： 按設(shè)計(jì)圖示尺寸以體積計(jì)算 。 長(zhǎng)度 為 外墻按中心線，內(nèi)墻按凈長(zhǎng)計(jì)算。高度 為 外墻，內(nèi)墻 和 女兒墻 其計(jì)算規(guī)則都相應(yīng)不同。 （三） 混凝土 及鋼筋 混凝土 工程：現(xiàn)澆 混凝土 樁承臺(tái) 基礎(chǔ)，矩形柱（框架柱、梁 臺(tái) 柱和構(gòu)造柱），矩形梁（地下 基礎(chǔ) 梁 ）， 現(xiàn)澆
