從原始的舊石器時(shí)代到新石器時(shí) 代，再到工業(yè)工業(yè)革命時(shí)代，乃至到 21 世紀(jì)的科技社會(huì)，不管在那個(gè)社會(huì)時(shí)期，先進(jìn)的工具都會(huì)給人類社會(huì)人們帶來(lái)前所 未有的發(fā)展，并且使人們的生活變得相當(dāng)便捷， CAD、 CAM 的出現(xiàn)，改變 了我們的工作方式是我們從傳統(tǒng)的手工制作過(guò)度到方便快捷的機(jī)械制造。尤其是CAD用得比較廣， CAM 用在模具方面跟機(jī)械方面比較多。一般來(lái)說(shuō) CAD是用來(lái)搞設(shè)計(jì)的， CAM 是用來(lái)搞模具制造的。 兩者結(jié)合起來(lái)使我們的生活變得更精彩，讓科技引領(lǐng)我 們的生活！在這段實(shí)習(xí)期間，我在我的單位學(xué)習(xí)到了很多關(guān)于機(jī)械和數(shù)控方面的知識(shí)。在我親身經(jīng)歷現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的加工環(huán)境中，我看到只要我們將一個(gè)零件的結(jié)構(gòu)在電腦上用相關(guān)軟件畫(huà)好之后，在把加工過(guò)程用程序編好，在數(shù)控機(jī)床檢測(cè)程序無(wú)誤后，就可以大批量的生產(chǎn)加工制造。有著這樣的技術(shù)，可以給企業(yè)帶來(lái)很好的生產(chǎn)效率，并且還可以使公司購(gòu)買(mǎi)的工具自身價(jià)值得到最大化 的發(fā)展，并且也符合當(dāng)今社會(huì)提倡的節(jié)約能源、充分利用物資的口號(hào)。 此 次 的 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是結(jié)合 了三維軟件 Creo 對(duì) 零件 進(jìn)行繪制，以達(dá)到能夠清楚零件的結(jié)構(gòu)，分析加工面和加工方法，并且運(yùn)用 UG 軟件 的 數(shù)控 Abstract: According to the progress and development of society and the needs of today39。s human society , from the original Paleolithic to the Neolithic , to the industrial era of industrial revolution , and even into the 21st century technological society , whether in the social era , advanced tools will it brings to an unprecedented development of human society , and make people39。s lives bee quite convenient , cad, cam emergence changed the way we work is our traditional handmade from excessive to convenient machinery. Especially with a relatively wide CAD , CAM use in molds with more mechanical aspects . Generally CAD is used to engage in the design , CAM is used to engage in mold manufacturing . The two together to make our life more exciting, let technology lead our lives ! During this internship , I learned in my unit to a lot of knowledge about the mechanical and numerical aspects . In my personal experience onsite processing environment , I see us after a long structural parts on the puter with the relevant software drawn, and in the process a good job with the program , after the CNC machine testing procedures correctly, it can be as large volume production manufacturing. With such technologies can bring to the enterprise good productivity, and can also allow panies to buy their own tools to maximize the value obtained for d
