ion pond. In this design the UASBSBR is determined as the best process of alcohol wastewater treatment project by contrasting with practical projects. This paper describes the characteristics of UASBSBR process in detail, as well as principles and operating conditions etc, what’s more, calculation of various structures design, equipment selection and hydraulic elevation are carried out meanwhile, in addition, the operation and management of various stages of precautions are also explicitly marked. Finally, this paper has a technical economic analysis of the whole alcohol UASBSBR wastewater treatment process ,at the same time, make a C language programme of the main process in order to achieve an optimized result.
