the informational management of the input of teaching plan, the declaration and examination of textbook, the input and output of the textbook, and students’ inquire about this business is realized. The paper elaborates the task’s situation, background, significance and involved relevant technology, then introduce the need analysis and the design process of data base。 at last it describes the design and implementation of textbook declaration management ,the management of textbook storage and out ,and the design and implementation of backup and recovery of database and so on. Application results show that this system improve the efficiency of the workload in textbook selection, reduce the burden of people who is in charge of this work.
