Combining the fact and my knowledge, I have some suggestions to make public bicycles a better use. Firstly, without doubt, convenience is the essential part of the use of public bicycle. In this way, it is necessary to set a wide range of bicycleparkingspots. I believe this may help people get and stop more easily and freely. Secondly, I urge that government must set strict laws to punish those who rent the bicycle maliciously or abusively. There still exist some people who steal the public bicycle or hide them. This phenomenon should be forbidden. Thirdly, I suggest that the Haidian government should improve the quality of the bicycle. For example, government should be able to track all the bicycles to make sure whether there are something wrong with them timely, keep maintenance and repair regularly.
