To facilitate the descriptions, but also inserted a part of Fig. This design is a graduate of the school at the university three years, a prehensive knowledge of the quality and ability of the prehensive examinations.Keywords: Mold technology、plastics、 products、 parameters、 calculation 第一章 引言由于塑料具有很多優(yōu)良的性能和特點(diǎn)，近年來它在各領(lǐng)域得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。作為塑料制造業(yè)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)——塑料模具的設(shè)計(jì)與制造也得到了空前的發(fā)展，特別是作為塑料必備成型工具的塑料注塑模具，由于它成型效率高，易成型形狀復(fù)雜的制品，并可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)，得到迅速的發(fā)展，在我國其發(fā)展速度之快、需求量之大是前所未有的。未來國內(nèi)外塑性模具的制造技術(shù)和成型技術(shù)有如下發(fā)展趨勢(shì)：1)在模具設(shè)計(jì)制造中廣泛應(yīng)用CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)；2)高速銑削加工將得到更廣泛地應(yīng)用；3)在塑料模具中推廣應(yīng)用熱流道技術(shù)、氣輔注射成型和高壓注射成型技術(shù)；4)提高模具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平和模具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的使用率；5)研究和應(yīng)用模具的高速測(cè)量技術(shù)與逆向工程；6)虛擬技術(shù)將得到發(fā)展；7)模具自動(dòng)加工系統(tǒng)的研制和發(fā)展。模具是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要工藝裝備，它被用來成型具有一定形狀和尺寸的各種制品。模具成型已成為當(dāng)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要手段，成為多種成型工藝中最具潛力的發(fā)展方向。尤其是塑料模具，在所有模具的總產(chǎn)量中所占的比例越來越大，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著十分重要的作用。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，計(jì)算機(jī)已廣泛應(yīng)用于模具工業(yè)，在注射成型系統(tǒng)中，針對(duì)每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都可將計(jì)算機(jī)作為輔助工具而加入。構(gòu)成該環(huán)節(jié)的CAD或CAM或CAE。近年來塑料成型模具的產(chǎn)量和水平發(fā)展十分迅速，在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中對(duì)塑料模具的要求是：能高效地生產(chǎn)出外觀和性能均符合使用要求的制品。它包括三個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。第一，制品方面要求精度高，外觀美，性能好。第二，制造方面要求結(jié)構(gòu)合理，容易制造，而且成本要低。第三，使用方面要求操作簡單方便，效率高，容易實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化，還有維護(hù)保養(yǎng)方便。隨著模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，塑料成型模具將趨向于高效率、自動(dòng)化、大型、精密、長壽命的方向發(fā)展。本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是“鍵盤空格鍵注射模具設(shè)計(jì)及制造工藝”，其內(nèi)容為：（1）產(chǎn)品外型設(shè)計(jì)：以產(chǎn)品外型測(cè)量，獲取產(chǎn)品的尺寸，提供產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方案。（2）研究制件的排位方式和進(jìn)澆方式，畫草圖確定模具的整體結(jié)構(gòu)，保證結(jié)構(gòu)能循環(huán)工作，穩(wěn)定可靠；。（3）制品結(jié)構(gòu)零件的成型工藝及成型模具設(shè)計(jì)：包括制品的工藝分析，工藝計(jì)算，成型機(jī)選擇。模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等。（4）獨(dú)立地完成設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)，圖紙整潔，標(biāo)注等符合國標(biāo)，準(zhǔn)時(shí)完成任務(wù)。
