【正文】 物品，應(yīng)當(dāng)立即向甲方和有關(guān)部門報(bào)告，并配合有關(guān)部門進(jìn)行處理。對(duì)已經(jīng)收寄的不需要沒收、銷毀的禁寄物品以及一同查處的禁寄物品之外的物品，應(yīng)當(dāng)與寄件人或者收件人取得聯(lián)系，妥善處理。 四、甲乙雙方應(yīng)當(dāng)采用技術(shù)手段，對(duì)收寄、分揀、運(yùn)輸、投遞等環(huán)節(jié)實(shí)行安全監(jiān)控，防止快件在寄遞過程中短少、丟失、損毀。監(jiān)控設(shè)備應(yīng)當(dāng)全天二十四小時(shí)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，監(jiān)控資料保存時(shí)間不得少于三十天。 五、乙方公司的主要負(fù)責(zé)人是安全生產(chǎn)的第一責(zé)任人，對(duì)本單位安全生產(chǎn)工作負(fù)有下列職責(zé)： （一）建立、健全本企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制； （二）組織制定本企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)章制度和操作規(guī)程； （三）保證本企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)資金的投入和有效使用； （四）積極配合相關(guān)部門對(duì)本企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)工作進(jìn)行監(jiān)督檢查； （五）督促、檢查本企業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)工作，及時(shí)消除生產(chǎn)安全事故隱患； （六）組織制定并實(shí)施本企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急救援預(yù)案； （七）及時(shí)、如實(shí)報(bào)告生產(chǎn)安全事故。 六、 乙方落實(shí)崗前安全培訓(xùn)制度，強(qiáng)化從業(yè)人員安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí)與技能的培訓(xùn)、教育，使其具備與本崗位相適應(yīng)的安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí)和處臵技能。未經(jīng)安全生產(chǎn)教育和培訓(xùn)合格的從業(yè)人員，不得上崗作業(yè)。新入職員工安全初次培訓(xùn)時(shí)間不得少于24學(xué)時(shí)，每年再培訓(xùn)時(shí)間不得少于12學(xué)時(shí)。 七、快件轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心、營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)、員工宿舍、辦公區(qū)等人員密集場(chǎng)所應(yīng)當(dāng)設(shè)有符合緊急疏散要求、標(biāo)志明顯、保持暢通的出口。禁止封閉、堵塞出口。對(duì)人員密集場(chǎng)所及用于存放物品的臨時(shí)場(chǎng)地和庫房應(yīng)當(dāng)按規(guī)定設(shè)臵防火、防觸電等安全設(shè)施、設(shè)備。八、乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)按照《國家郵政業(yè)突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急預(yù)案》建立健全突發(fā)事件應(yīng)對(duì)工作機(jī)制，提高應(yīng)對(duì)郵政行業(yè)突發(fā)事件能力，預(yù)防與減少突發(fā)事件及其造成的損害。定期組織員工開展突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急演練。 九、發(fā)生自然災(zāi)害、事故災(zāi)難、公共衛(wèi)生事件、社會(huì)安全事件等，造成下列情形之一的，應(yīng)當(dāng)在一小時(shí)內(nèi)向甲方及突發(fā)事件發(fā)生地的省級(jí)郵政管理機(jī)構(gòu)和負(fù)有相關(guān)職責(zé)的國家安全、安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理等部門報(bào)告： （一）本企業(yè)人員死亡或者失蹤一人以上，或者重傷三人以上的； （二）快件一次丟失、損毀一百件以上，或者積壓一千件以上的； （三）郵寄爆炸物、生物病原體、危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品、放射性物品等，在寄遞過程中發(fā)生爆炸、泄漏的； （四）快件轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心內(nèi)發(fā)生重大事故，生產(chǎn)中斷的； （五）其他可能嚴(yán)重影響寄遞渠道暢通的情形。 突發(fā)事件發(fā)生后，乙方在報(bào)告信息的同時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)及時(shí)啟動(dòng)應(yīng)急預(yù)案進(jìn)行先期處臵，控制事態(tài)。 十、乙方加強(qiáng)對(duì)運(yùn)輸車輛的管理，減少和杜絕車輛事故的發(fā)生。加強(qiáng)對(duì)駕駛員的安全教育。 十一、乙方加強(qiáng)對(duì)代收貨款的安全防范，做到措施到位。 十二、對(duì)攬收、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、投寄禁寄物品的，甲方發(fā)現(xiàn)一起，查處一起，并層層追究至相關(guān)責(zé)任人。 十三、對(duì)于因疏于管理而造成責(zé)任事故的，乙方愿意承擔(dān)一切經(jīng)濟(jì)與法律責(zé)任。自愿接受總公司按下列條款進(jìn)行處理。（一）事故在網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)部造成影響的，罰款110萬元。 （二）事故給圓通品牌及行業(yè)造成重大影響的，總公司無條件收回其商標(biāo)使用權(quán)并追究其一切法律責(zé)任。 十四、本責(zé)任狀一式二份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。 甲方：重慶圓通快遞有限公司乙方：重慶圓通天星橋分部 負(fù)責(zé)人：負(fù)責(zé)人：柳波 聯(lián)系電話： 聯(lián)系電話 18983221099 身份證號(hào)碼：500109198601042511 年 月日 organization system and working mode, the selection of a number of municipal strengthening group to build innovation and strengthen the organization of the basic level organizations advanced model.(seven) the manual work of the Communist Youth League Organization published and League branch of manual work, to promote the use of two manuals in the city39。s organizations at various levels.
