The hydraulic clay gun is mainly posed of five parts: the clay beating mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a locking mechanism and hydraulic control system.Key words: Hydraulic transmission、Mud bubbles、Type BG1第一章 緒論泥炮又稱為堵出鐵口機器。煉鐵爐出鐵后，必須迅速用耐火泥將出鐵口堵塞住，堵鐵口操作就是用泥炮進行的。泥泡按照驅(qū)動方式的不同泥炮可分為氣動式、電動式和液壓式。氣動式泥炮由于活塞推力小以及打泥壓力不穩(wěn)定而被淘汰。目前我國高爐上廣泛使用電動泥炮，由于高爐大型化和高壓操作技術(shù)的實現(xiàn)以及爐前操作機械化的要求；再加上電動泥炮在實際使用中存在的問題，例如：外形尺寸大，特別是高度太大，妨礙出鐵口附近的風(fēng)口進行機械化更換工作；打泥活塞推力不足，尤其采用無水泥炮時；絲杠及螺母磨損快、更換困難等等原因；促使液壓泥炮得到迅速發(fā)展。本論文在 BG 型液壓泥泡的基礎(chǔ)上進行設(shè)計，通過從打泥機構(gòu)，壓炮機構(gòu)，旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置三個方面進行了全方位的計算
