This system development success and put into operation for the unattended substation integrated automation added a important function , remote viewing function.1 設(shè)計(jì)原則及系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu) 設(shè)計(jì)原則 目前,監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品大多為集中式的樓宇或工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的圖像監(jiān)控設(shè)備,其監(jiān)控地理區(qū)域小,監(jiān)視點(diǎn)相對(duì)集中,視頻信號(hào)的傳輸距離在300m以下,因而可采用視頻電纜進(jìn)行模擬方式的傳輸,而且對(duì)視頻信號(hào)本身不需加任何處理。而變電所則正好相反,不僅分布較散,而且距離較遠(yuǎn),一般在幾公里至幾十公里以外 ,已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過了視頻電纜的傳輸能力,采用模擬方式傳輸視頻信號(hào)顯然是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的,因而必須首先將視頻信號(hào)數(shù)字化,然后再通過數(shù)字或模擬通訊網(wǎng)進(jìn)行傳輸. 在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),著重加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的安全性、可靠性,也考慮到經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性,主要按如下原則進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì):(1)實(shí)用性。即設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)重點(diǎn)考慮系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性,注重系統(tǒng)的綜合能力和總體性能。(2)穩(wěn)定性、可靠性。在設(shè)備選材時(shí),選用技術(shù)先進(jìn)、成熟、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠并在電力行業(yè)中應(yīng)用業(yè)績(jī)良好的設(shè)備作為系統(tǒng)的組件。(3)開放性。考慮到系統(tǒng)投資的長(zhǎng)期效益,設(shè)計(jì)與選型時(shí)注重系統(tǒng)的開放性,即圖像監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中各產(chǎn)品必須符合國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、工
