【正文】 變電所自動(dòng)化技術(shù)與無(wú)人值班摘要：針對(duì)目前變電所實(shí)行無(wú)人值班化的運(yùn)行管理模式，詳細(xì)介紹了遠(yuǎn)程圖像監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則、系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)備選擇等應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)中的問(wèn)題。運(yùn)行實(shí)踐表明遠(yuǎn)程圖像監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是無(wú)人值班變電所的遠(yuǎn)方監(jiān)控的有力工具。它增加了新的遙視功能，在變電所的安全運(yùn)行及防盜、防火等方面起到了非常重要的作用。 無(wú)人值班變電所一般都實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)遠(yuǎn)方變電所的“三遙”功能即：遙測(cè)、遙信、遙控功能。然而，要實(shí)現(xiàn)變電所綜合全面的自動(dòng)化管理，如對(duì)遠(yuǎn)方變電所現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)視，防盜、防火的及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和報(bào)警等功能 ，這是目前常規(guī)自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)還不能實(shí)現(xiàn)的。為此進(jìn)行了無(wú)人值班變電所遠(yuǎn)程圖像監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究開(kāi)發(fā)工作。圖像監(jiān)控作為一種新型的科技手段，在20世紀(jì)90年代后期開(kāi)始應(yīng)用于電力系統(tǒng)中，該技術(shù)的應(yīng)用為電力安全生產(chǎn)提供了較為有效的輔助作用，它的出現(xiàn)從某種意義上推動(dòng)了電力系統(tǒng)新管理模式的改革進(jìn)度。該系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)成功及投入運(yùn)行為無(wú)人值班綜合自動(dòng)化變電所又增加了一個(gè)重要的功能———遙視功能。Abstract: in view of the present executes the unattended substation customization mode of operation and management, introduces image remote monitoring system design principles, system structure, equipment selection of application development in question.
