O. 2 本規(guī)范適用于城鎮(zhèn)新建、改建和擴(kuò)建 的住宅建筑的電氣設(shè)計，不適用于住宅建筑附設(shè)的防空地下室工程的電氣設(shè)計。 1. O. 3 住宅建筑電氣設(shè)計應(yīng)與工程特點(diǎn)、規(guī)模和發(fā)展規(guī)劃相適應(yīng)，并應(yīng)采用經(jīng)實(shí)踐證明行之有效的新技術(shù)、新設(shè)備、新材料。 1.
