【正文】 確認(rèn)控制文件 8 代理協(xié)議及控制文件 ? 代理協(xié)議一般包括雙方銀行名稱、地址、代理業(yè)務(wù)項(xiàng)目、代理幣種、開(kāi)立賬戶、協(xié)議生效日期、代理期限、適用分、支行，以及控制文件的構(gòu)成。 ? 控制文件一般由下列項(xiàng)目構(gòu)成： 1. 密押、 SWIFT密押 2. 印鑒 3. 費(fèi)率表 9 密押、 SWIFT密押、印鑒 ? 密押（ Test Key），也稱電傳密押，是兩家銀行事先約定的密碼，用來(lái)確認(rèn)電報(bào)或電傳確實(shí)系代理行或被代理行所發(fā)，即確認(rèn)發(fā)電人身份的真實(shí)性。 ?
