Types of collections (1)Clean collections光票托收 出口商發(fā)貨后開出的匯票是光票，主要用于小額貨款、傭金的收取、樣品費等。 10 (2) Documentary collections跟單托收 ① Definition of documentary collections 出口商開出跟單匯票，有時無匯票僅有單據(jù)也稱為跟單托收。 國貿(mào)中貨款的收取，若采用托收，大多是跟單托收。 ② The two types of documentary collections (ⅰ ) Documents against Payment(D/P)付款交單 銀行轉(zhuǎn)移單據(jù)（貨物所有權(quán)），以進口人付款為前提，根據(jù)付款時間的不同，可分為： 11 a) D/P at Sight （ D/P Sight）即期付款交單 出口人發(fā)貨后開具即期匯票連同貨運單據(jù)，通過銀行向進口人提示，進口人見票后立即付款，進口人在付清貨款后向銀行領(lǐng)取貨運單據(jù)。 b) D/P after Sight遠期付款交單 出口人發(fā)貨后開具遠期匯票連同貨運單據(jù)，通過銀行向進口人提示，進口人審單無誤后即在匯票上進行承兌，于匯票到期日付清貨款后再領(lǐng)取貨運單據(jù)。 12 (ⅱ ) Documents against acceptance(D/A)承兌交單 出口人交單以進口人在匯票上承兌為條件，匯票必為遠期匯票。 4 . The nature of collection 托收的性質(zhì) Collection is a trade credit banker’s responsibility is only providing services of delivering documents and collecting the payment gets to be made or not depends on the buyer’s credit. 13 5 . Points for seller’s attention in adopting collection 賣方采用托收方式的注意事項 (ⅰ )Always make sure that the overseas importer is of good reputation and of good financial standing.
