【正文】 3。 7 改善東安縣 普通中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館的對(duì)策 和建議 7 6． 1 加大體育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入力度 ,多渠道籌集資金 7 6． 2 積極高效合理的使用和建設(shè)體育場(chǎng)館資源的數(shù)量 7 6． 3 優(yōu)化教學(xué)過(guò)程 ,科學(xué)高效地使用場(chǎng)地器材 8 6． 4 各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)高度重視學(xué)校體育 8 參考文獻(xiàn) 10 附件 11 I 摘 要 以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法對(duì)東安 縣 16所 普通中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館 現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析，結(jié)果表明： 籃球場(chǎng)平均每所學(xué)校 ，排球場(chǎng)平均每所學(xué)校 ，羽毛球場(chǎng)平均每所學(xué)校 ，乒乓球場(chǎng)平均每所學(xué)校 ，有 400m田徑場(chǎng)地的學(xué)校占調(diào)查學(xué)校的 25%， 建有 300m以上 400m以下 田徑場(chǎng)地的學(xué)校占調(diào)查學(xué)校的%。 建有 300m— 200m 田徑場(chǎng)地的學(xué)校占 %。 城鎮(zhèn)學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)地好于農(nóng)村學(xué)校，但普遍存在數(shù)量不足的問(wèn)題且無(wú)人管理，不能滿(mǎn)足正常教學(xué)的需要；體育經(jīng)費(fèi)不足，來(lái)源單一。針對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果提出采取多 渠道、多途徑籌集體育經(jīng)費(fèi)， 增加 體育 場(chǎng)館建設(shè) 投入 ； 各級(jí)政府及學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)高度重視學(xué)校體育 ；科學(xué)合理地使用場(chǎng)館器材等對(duì)策。其目的是為教育行政部門(mén)體育場(chǎng)館建設(shè)決策提供參考。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 普通中學(xué) ； 體育場(chǎng)地 ； 體育經(jīng)費(fèi) ；影響因素；對(duì)策 II Analyze the Present Situation and Countermeasure of Sports Venues for Ordinary Schools in Dongan County Abstract After doing investigation and analysis for the present situation of the ordinary school stadiums in Dongan Country by questionaire and literature information method, the results show that :the number of the basketball court in every school is , volleyball courts39。 amount es to an average of for each school, the badminton courts39。 number in every school is , table tennis39。 amount es to an average of per school, during the investigated schools, 25% schools owe 400M track and field venues.,% schools owe 300m400m track and field venues ,% schools owe 200m300m track and field venues .Urban school sports fields are better than schools in rural areas, but there exists the widespread problem of inadequate number and unmanned management, not meeting the normal teaching needs , inadequate funding and a single source. As to the findings ,I promote carrying out a multichannels and multiways to raise funds and increase sports fields construction investment。 the governments at all levels and school leaders should pay great attention to the school sports。 scientific and rational use of plex equipments, and other countermeasures. Key words: Ordinary schools； Sports； Sports funding。 Affecting Factors ；Countermeasures 3 1 前言 普通中學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館，是體育教學(xué)、課外體育活動(dòng)和課余訓(xùn)練、競(jìng)賽正常進(jìn)行必不可少的物質(zhì)保障，是檢查、督導(dǎo)、評(píng)估、規(guī)范學(xué)校體育工作的重要指標(biāo)之一。同時(shí)對(duì)中學(xué)生在運(yùn)動(dòng)參與、身心健康和社會(huì)適應(yīng)等方面的發(fā)展有重要的保障作用。 體育場(chǎng)地設(shè)置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：完小 6 班應(yīng)設(shè)置 60 m 直跑道田徑場(chǎng)一個(gè)；完小 12 班、完小 18 班、初中 12 班、九年制 18 班均應(yīng)設(shè)置 200 m 環(huán)形跑道田徑 場(chǎng)一
