螺旋輸送機(jī)是現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)和物流運(yùn)輸不可缺少的重要機(jī)械設(shè)備之一,本文以小麥為輸送原料進(jìn)行螺旋輸送機(jī)的相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)和主要參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)介紹了螺旋輸送機(jī)的工作原理,利用 Solidworks 對(duì)螺旋輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行三維建模,然后對(duì)螺旋輸送機(jī)主要零部件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)決定,進(jìn)而確定最優(yōu)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,節(jié)省制作成本,提高整機(jī)的效率。 關(guān)鍵詞: 螺旋輸送機(jī), 結(jié)構(gòu) 設(shè)計(jì) , 三維建模 15 The design of the screw conveyor ABSTRACT Screw conveyor is one of the most important mechanical equipments of modern producing and transportation. This paper designs the main parameter and the related structure of screw conveyor based on the transportation of the material of wheat. This design introduces the operating principle of screw conveyor and uses Solidworks to design the 3D modeling of screw conveyor, and decide to structural design of ponents and parts of screw conveyor. Then choose the best design, save the production cost and increase the efficiency of the machine. KEY WORDS: Screw conveyor, Structural Design,3D modeling
