Key words: Clutch、 Follower plate、 Diaphragm Spring 武漢理工大學(xué)華夏學(xué)院 1 緒論 引言 在以內(nèi)燃機(jī)作為動(dòng)力的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)汽車中,離合器都是作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的零件存在。雖然發(fā)展自動(dòng)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是汽車傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),但也有專家指出:根據(jù)德國(guó)出版的 2020年世界汽車年簽, 2020年世界各國(guó) 114家汽車所生產(chǎn)的 1864款乘用車中,手動(dòng)機(jī)械變速器車款為 1337款;在我國(guó),乘用車中自動(dòng)擋車款式只占全國(guó)平均數(shù)的 %;若考慮商用車中更是多數(shù)采用手動(dòng)變速器,手動(dòng)擋汽車目前仍是世界車款的主流(其中不排除一些國(guó) 家或地區(qū)自動(dòng)變速器車款是其主流產(chǎn)品)。談到未來,考慮到手動(dòng)傳動(dòng)系將向自動(dòng)傳動(dòng)系過度,但現(xiàn)在手動(dòng)傳動(dòng)戲也在不斷改善,因此也是自動(dòng)傳動(dòng)系的有力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手??梢哉f,從目前到將來離合器這一部件將會(huì)伴隨著內(nèi)燃機(jī)一起存在,不可能在汽車上消失 。 汽車離合器的現(xiàn)狀發(fā)展 汽車離合器的現(xiàn)狀 如今單片干式摩擦離合器在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方面相當(dāng)完善。采用具有軸向彈性的從動(dòng)盤,提高了離合器結(jié)合的平順性。離合器從動(dòng)盤總成中裝有扭轉(zhuǎn)減振器,防止了傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的過載、共振,并且減小了傳動(dòng)系噪聲。近年來,出現(xiàn)了扭轉(zhuǎn)減振特性和性能價(jià)格比較 為理想的雙質(zhì)量飛輪結(jié)構(gòu),這種
