(5)根據(jù)內(nèi)容繁簡不同 ,分為全式提單和簡式提單 (6)根據(jù)運費支付方式不同 ,分為運費預付提單和運費到付提單 . (7)根據(jù)船舶運營方式不同 ,分為班輪提單和租船提單 (8)根據(jù)提單使用效力不同 ,分為正本提單和副本提單 (9)根據(jù)簽發(fā)人不同 ,分為船公司提單和貨代提單 . （ 1）已裝船提單 （ On Board B/L） 和備運提單（ Received for Shipping B/L） 加注 “已裝船注記”后，即成 “已裝船提單” （ 2）不清潔提單 （ Unclean B/L） 在提單上批注如： “箱板破損” （ Case Board Broken） “桶癟” （ Drum Dented） “擋風玻璃破碎”（ Windscreen Smashed） （ 3）記名提單 （ Straight B/L） ? 不記名提單 （ Open B/L） ? 指示提單 （ Order B/L） 記名提單：在收貨人欄內(nèi)寫明特定的收貨人。 不能轉(zhuǎn)讓 For example: Consignee:BROWN 不記名提單：在收貨人欄內(nèi)沒有指明任何的收貨人。 交付即可轉(zhuǎn)讓 For example: Consignee: 使 用 較 少 指示提單（ Order B/L）：指提單上的收貨人欄內(nèi)填 寫 “憑指示”（ To Order）或“憑某人的指示” （ To Order of … ）字樣。 可經(jīng)背書轉(zhuǎn)讓 背書 ：轉(zhuǎn)讓提單的手續(xù)，指提單的所有人在提單的背面簽字蓋章，表示轉(zhuǎn)移提單的所有權(quán)的一種法律行為。 常用的 為憑指示的空白背書提單，習慣稱為 “空白抬頭，空白背書”提單 。 For example: Consignee: TO ORDER （ 4）直達提單（ Direct B/L） ? 轉(zhuǎn)船提單（ Transshipment B/L） ? 聯(lián)運提單（ Through B/L） （ 5）全式提單（ Long Form B/L）和略式提單（ Short Form B/L） ? 國際上規(guī)定提單背面條款的公約： (1)《海牙規(guī)則》 (1924年幾個主要航運國，用得最多 ) (2)《維斯比規(guī)則》 （ 1968年國際海事委員會） (3)《漢堡規(guī)則》 （ 1978年聯(lián)合國國際貿(mào)易法委員會） （ 6）電子提單 (Electronic Bill of Lading) （ 7）不可轉(zhuǎn)讓的海運單 ? 又稱海上貨運單，是證明海上貨物運輸合同以及貨物由承運人接管或裝船，并且承運人保證將貨物交給單證上所載明的收貨人的一種不可流通的運輸單證。 （ 8）其他提單 ? 艙面提單（ On Deck B/L） ? 過期提單（ Stale B/L） 兩種情況均為過期提單，買方拒付： ①提單晚于貨物到進口地； ②提單錯過規(guī)定的交單日期，即賣方超過提單簽發(fā)日期后 21天才交到銀行議付。 ? 倒簽提單（
