Management of the project schedule According to the clauses of the contract, in order to assure realization of the erection period, we will rationally arrange erection detail schedule of unit specialty according the main schedule agreed by the contractor, carry out the construction targets of all item works of all stages strictly based on the plan, especially control the cooperation and the coordination of overall construction scheme and planned construction period target strictly to perform rational crossing working, rational connection of different processes and rational construction scheme and really assure quality and quantity of the project to jointly plete construction task of the turbine specialty. Management process of progress plan This project is planned to adopt the project management puter software P3 that is used extensively in the world for preparing, managing and controlling planned construction progress of this project. P3 software is characterized by that the puter keeps revising daily, monthly and yearly workload after the mileage stone construction period of the project is determined to assure realizing it, and realize the balance of the resource and effectively reduce the cost of the project and assure the construction time limit. The mileage stone progress provided by the owner is the center of the project schedule. Contractor takes assurance of realizing it as his own aim in the arrangement of design and installation, etc. In order to trace the schedule effectively and dynamically according to the plan management flow, we will make up a series of plan management rules, which mainly include: Schedule preparation and examination process. Yearly, monthly and daily reporting and examination rules of the project schedule Schedule preparation and examination process According to the mileage stone progress plan provided by the owner /MAPNA, with the features of the project, all systems of the power station are divided into unit works to propose all overall plans of civilwork construction, installation of main equipments and system, etc and handover plan of equipments and drawings. During implementing, cchedule of stage 2 can keep being regulated and revised with progress of the project. Yearly, monthly and daily reporting and examination rules of the project schedule In order to be convenient for that the owner/MAPNA roundly master the Yearly, monthly, weekly and daily progress, mit the project plan report to the supervision engineer or CMEC/SEC or the owner/MAPNA level by level in a certain time intervals. Thorough report and examination rule, better perfect the project schedule to assure operability of the project schedule. Plan refreshing and regulating rule Because of plexity of the project practice and limitation at preparing construction plan, real installation process can’t be pletely consistent with the original plan. Therefore, it is the key of avoiding the plan bees a mere formality and strict executing the contract to dynamically trace, refresh and regulate the project schedule. Monitoring and regulating of the plan are especially important. Monitoring of the project progress is to mainly monitor the factors influencing the progress of the project (e. g. unexpected event, the project revision and putting off of real progress of the site) in the implementing process of working plan and to analyze the influence result of the factors so that improvement measures and plan regulating scheme is put forward. In order to find out the difference between existing project progress and target project progress (i. e. the secondary stage planned schedule approved by the owner) in time, regularly trace the existing project progress and refresh the plan to form a new target schedule to report to the owner/MAPNA or CMEC/SEC of approving. The shorter the cycle of progress is, the less the progress difference is and the better the workability of implementing project schedule is.
