【正文】 erve any stipulation, condition or obligation to be performed by any LR Group entity under the Contract will give rise to any claim against that entity or any other LR Group entity, or be deemed to be a breach of contract, if the failure or omission arises from causes beyond that entity’s reasonable control.13. Any dispute, claim, or litigation between LR and the Client arising from or in connection with the Services provided by LR or any Contract with LR, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and will be governed by English law.14. Any dispute, claim or litigation between the Client and any entity in the LR Group that performs services as provided for in Paragraph 8 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction in which that LR Group entity is located and will be governed by English law, including the provisions on the recovery of legal costs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Client asserts or initiates any dispute, claim or litigation against an entity in the LR Group in any proceeding in which LR is also named as a party or that arises in whole or in part from the subject matter of a dispute, claim or proceeding that also has been asserted or initiated against LR, that dispute, claim or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.15. No addition, alteration or substitution of these Terms and Conditions will bind any LR group entity, or form part of any Contract with an LR Group entity, unless it is expressly accepted in writing by an authorised representative of an LR Group entity who expressly states in writing that LR or the LR Group entity is agreeing to alter these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any document purporting to impose different terms, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.16. Any classed vessel, machinery or equipment must be operated only in a manner consistent with the proposed design criteria and any limits agreed at the time of classification. If any vessel or equipment operates outside these limits, such facts must be reported to an LR Group entity without delay.17. Any damage, defect, breakdown, or grounding that coul
