由于委托人或承包人的原因使正常的監(jiān)理工作受到阻礙或延誤，以致發(fā)生了附加工作或延長了正常監(jiān)理工作的持續(xù)時間，則監(jiān)理人應當將此情況與可能產(chǎn)生的影響及時通知委托人。完成監(jiān)理業(yè)務的時間相應延長，并得到附加工作報酬。artile 32 if irustanes arise hih ae it legall r phsiall 如實際情況發(fā)生變化，使得監(jiān)理人由于法律原因或?qū)嶋H原因不能根據(jù)本合同全部或部分執(zhí)行監(jiān)理業(yè)務時，監(jiān)理人應當立即通知委托人。經(jīng)委托人認可，該監(jiān)理業(yè)務的完成時間應予延長。當恢復執(zhí)行監(jiān)理業(yè)務時，應當增加不超過42日的時間用于恢復執(zhí)行監(jiān)理業(yè)務，并按雙方約定的數(shù)量支付監(jiān)理報酬。artile 監(jiān)理人在應當獲得監(jiān)理報酬之日起30日內(nèi)仍未收到支付單據(jù)，而委托人又未對監(jiān)理人提出任何書面解釋時，或根據(jù)第三十三條及三十四條已暫停執(zhí)行監(jiān)理業(yè)務時限超過六個月的，監(jiān)理人可向委托人發(fā)出終止合同的通知，發(fā)出通知后14日內(nèi)仍未得到委托人答復，可進一步發(fā)出終止合同的通知，如果第二份通知發(fā)出后42日內(nèi)仍未得到委托人答復，可終止合同或自行暫?；蚶^續(xù)暫停執(zhí)行全部或部分監(jiān)理業(yè)務。委托人承擔違約責任。artile 監(jiān)理人由于非自己的原因而暫?；蚪K止執(zhí)行監(jiān)理業(yè)務，不可抗力除外，其善后工作以及恢復執(zhí)行監(jiān)理業(yè)務的工作致使監(jiān)理工期延長，經(jīng)委托人認可，應當視為額外工作，有權(quán)得到額外的報酬。artile 37 if in the pinin f thelient that the supervisr is nt 當委托人認為監(jiān)理人無正當理由而又未履行監(jiān)理義務時，可向監(jiān)理人發(fā)出指明其未履行義務的通知。若委托人發(fā)出通知后21日內(nèi)沒有收到答復，可在第一個通知發(fā)出后3日內(nèi)發(fā)出終止委托監(jiān)理合同的通知，合同即行終止。監(jiān)理人承擔違約責任。artile 38 terinatin f the ntrat
