【正文】 ％硝普鈉溶液， 10％鐵氰化鉀溶液與水按 1： 1： 1： 3 混合，用前與等體積丙酮混合，用時新鮮配制。 ○ 3 氯化鐵／磺基水楊酸 檢出物：硫代磷酸酯類。 溶液： I． 1％氯化鐵的 80％乙醇溶液；Ⅱ． 1％磺基水楊酸的 80％乙醇溶液， 方法：薄層先置溴蒸氣中 10min 后，噴溶液 I，干燥 15min，再噴溶液Ⅱ。 結(jié)果：紫色背景上呈白色。 ④疊氮化碘 檢出物：含硫氨基酸、硫化物與青霉素。 溶液：疊氮碘溶液 疊氮鈉 3g 溶乎 100ml ／ L 碘溶液中 (新鮮配制，固體疊氮碘有爆炸性 )。 ⑤靛紅／硫酸 檢出物：噻吩衍生物。 溶液； 靛紅溶于 100ml 濃硫酸中。 方法：噴板后 120oC 加熱。 結(jié)果：呈不同顏色。 (15)類脂化合物 ①磷鉬酸 檢出物：膽酸、類脂化物、脂肪酸及甾類。 溶液： 250mg 磷鉬酸于 50ml 乙醇中。 方法：唆后予 120oC 加熱。 ②羅丹明 6G 檢出物；類脂化物。 溶液： lg 羅丹明 6G 溶于 100ml 丙酮中． 方法：噴后置紫外光長波下觀察。 ③溴百里酚藍 檢出物：類脂化物。 溶液： O． 04g 溴百里酚藍溶于 100ml O． 01mol／ L 氫氧化鈉溶液中。 (16)陽離子 ①雙硫腙 檢出物：金屬離子。 溶液： 20mg 雙硫腙溶于 100ml 丙酮中，置棕色瓶中于冰箱內(nèi)保存。 方法：上述溶液噴板后再噴 25％氫氧化銨溶液。 ②紅氨酸 (二硫代草酰胺 ) 檢出物：重金屬離子。 溶液： ％紅氨酸乙醇溶液。 方法：先噴上述溶液，稍干后置薄層于氨蒸氣中。 ③茜素 檢出物：眾多陽離子、稀土 及鈾。 溶液：茜素乙醇飽和溶液。 方法：噴板后直接放入氨蒸氣中。 ④亞鐵氰化鉀 檢出物： Fe3+、 Cu2+、 Cl、 Mo、 V、 W 離子。 溶液：新配制的 2％亞鐵氰化鉀溶液。 ⑤二苯卡巴肼 檢出物： Ag+、 pb2+、 Hg2+、 Cu2+、 Sn2+、 Mn2+、 Zn2+、 Ni2+、 Co2+及 Ca2+離子。 溶液： I． 1％～ 2％二苯卡巴肼乙醇溶液；Ⅱ． 25％氫氧化銨溶液。 方法：先噴溶液 I，再噴溶液Ⅱ。 結(jié)果： Ni2+呈藍色、 Co2+呈橙褐色、 Zn2+呈紅紫色， Ag+、 pb2+、 Cu2+、Sn2+、 Mn2+呈褐色、乙 酸汞加成物于 80oC 加熱片刻，斑點呈藍色。 (17)陰離子 ①硝酸銀 檢出物：含硫陰離子、砷酸鹽、亞砷酸鹽磷酸鹽、亞磷酸鹽及除氟外的鹵素。 溶液： ～ ／ L 硝酸銀溶液中加氨水直至沉淀溶解。臨用前配制、儲存會形成易爆物質(zhì)。 方法：噴后于 110～ 120oC 加熱 l0min，必要時置紫外光下 l0min。 ②硝酸銀／氫氧化銨／熒光素 檢出物：鹵素離子。 溶液： I． 1g 硝酸銀溶于 l00ml ／ L 氫氧化銨溶液中； Ⅱ． 1g熒光索溶于 l00ml 乙醇中。 方法：先噴溶液 I，稍干，再噴溶液Ⅱ。 ③鉬酸銨／亞硫酸鈉 檢出物：硫化物、硫代硫酸鹽與磷酸鹽。 溶液： I． 5％鉬酸銨的 lmol／ L 硫酸溶液； Ⅱ． 5％亞硫酸鈉溶液。 方法：先噴溶液 I，再噴溶液Ⅱ，于 105℃加熱 30min。 結(jié)果：硫化物及硫代硫酸鹽呈深藍色，磷酸鹽呈藍灰色。 ④番木鱉堿 檢出物：溴酸鹽、硝酸鹽、氯酸鹽。 溶液： I． ％番木鱉堿的 lmol／ L 硫酸溶液； Ⅱ． 2mol／ L 氫氧化鈉溶液。 方法：先噴溶液 I，再噴溶液Ⅱ。 TLC Stains Iodine The plate can be stained with iodine. This can be achieved rapidly, by shaking the plate in a bottle containing silica and a few crystals of iodine. The iodine will stain any pound that reacts with it and so is especially good for visualizing unsaturated pounds. Most spots show up within a few seconds, but the stain is not usually permanent. UV light The plate can be viewed under a ultraviolet lamp to show any uvactive spots. Dipping Solutions: The plate can be treated with one of the reagents listed below and then heated to stain the spots. The reagent can be sprayed onto the plates, but this technique is quite hazardous and it is more effective for them to be dipped in the reagent. To do this, first let the tlc solvent evaporate, then holding the edge of the plate with tweezers, immerse the plate as pletely as possible in the stain and remove it quickly. Rest the edge of the plate on a paper towel to absorb the excess stain before heating carefully on a hot plate or with a heat gun, until the spots show. This method is always permanent and should be done last. When glass plates are used the spots can sometimes be seen more clearly from the glass side of the plate. pAnisald
