About 20 standards and Regulations are set up to guide the livestock farm AD construction, eg, Biogas Plants Category, Biogas Plants Technology Guidelines and so on. 養(yǎng)殖場 規(guī)模 Scale of Farms 養(yǎng)殖場數(shù)量 Farms/ 10K 沼氣 工程 數(shù)量 Ads/10K 覆蓋率 AD/ % 大中 型 （ 生豬年出欄 3000+） LargeMedium 小型 （ 生豬年出欄 5002999） Small 專業(yè)戶 （ 生豬年出欄 50499） Household 合計 Total 2020年畜禽養(yǎng)殖場沼氣工程 Livestock Farm ADs in 2020【 23】 養(yǎng)殖場沼氣工程的模式 LIVESTOCK FARMS AD MODULES 中國在探索沼氣工程的發(fā)展模式方面取得了很多經(jīng)驗 ， 總結起來沼氣工程包括綜合利用模式 、 沼氣生態(tài)模式和達標排放模式 ， 分別對應著小型 、 中型和大型沼氣工程 。 結論雖然是 2020年得出的 ， 但是至今仍然適用的是 ，限制畜禽場沼氣工程發(fā)展的主要問題仍然是基建投資較高 ， 一個萬頭規(guī)模的豬場一次性基建投資在 100 萬元左右 ， 除去運行成本 ， 再考慮貸款利息 ， 靠沼氣回收投資是多數(shù)養(yǎng)殖場承受不了的 。大中型畜禽養(yǎng)殖場沼氣工程參與市場的能力還很弱 ， 需要政府投資政策的支持 ?？蔀槿珖?億個沼氣池提供足夠的原料，超過 。 1）畜禽糞便占總原料量的 90%以上，而其中的 50%以上來自大中型養(yǎng)殖場。 2） 6億噸秸稈是農(nóng)民可以直接利用的厭氧發(fā)酵原料。 3）農(nóng)村沼氣池不可能為農(nóng)村提供取暖的用能。年產(chǎn)沼氣 m3，沼氣發(fā)電總裝機容量 ，年總發(fā)電量 ；用于集中供氣的沼氣工程占 %。沼氣工程大多數(shù)不盈利，但是對周邊具有公益性和社會效益，值得政府倡導和支持?！?1】 本調(diào)研報告并沒有說明調(diào)研的方法學，很難說按照統(tǒng)計學的基本原理進行現(xiàn)場調(diào)查和資料整理，很難判斷沼氣產(chǎn)量的可信度，因為絕大多數(shù)沼氣工程或者沒有發(fā)酵溫度控制設施，或者采用沼氣或煤炭加溫，當采用沼氣或者煤炭進行加溫的時候，如果沒有良好的保溫，即使單個沼氣工程的能源效益也將受到強烈質(zhì)疑。 More than % of the biogas plants are just producing biogas for onsite use as an alternative to coal. Most of the biogas plants are not financially beneficial, but they are beneficial for local regions in terms of ecology. That’s why biogas plant is still worthwhile the governmental support. The investment of a biogas plant is very high, accounting for 30005000 Yuan /m3 of biogas production capacity or 2020030000 Yuan/kW of electricity installation. In this REPORT there is not clear identification of methodology. It is hard to convince us that the analyses are based on statistical fundamentals. For example we could not convince ourselves on the biogas generation.
