【正文】 并引進了遠程會診系統(tǒng)，及大方便了患者的就診，提高了對疑難雜癥的診治率，實現(xiàn)了全院整體計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化管理。2009年我院順利地被納入了“和田地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)職工醫(yī)療保險、和田市城鎮(zhèn)居民醫(yī)療保險、兵團十四師醫(yī)療保險、新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療地區(qū)級定點醫(yī)院”。2010年11月18日—19日，在和田組織舉辦了為期兩天的“卓越團隊執(zhí)行力訓(xùn)練營”，我院260余名醫(yī)護人員參加，逐步形成了強大的人才隊伍，進一步強化了全院職工的凝聚力，有效地提高了我院的團隊力量。對醫(yī)院員工付出一份真心，傾注一片愛心，實行人性化管理。每位醫(yī)生、護士過生日，都送去鮮花、蛋糕，表示祝賀。在得知醫(yī)院大部分職工到目前住房還存在困難的情況下，今年又東奔西跑，為醫(yī)院擴建籌備，計劃擴建2萬多平米，并精心準備籌資為本院職工修建一棟擁有60套的住宅樓，醫(yī)院出資400萬元20畝地成本價蓋房，從一點一滴做起，竭力為職工的工作生活排憂解難。阿不拉同志從一名優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生到今天一名不平凡的義務(wù)工作者，一步一個腳印的踐行著他全心全意為人民、為患者服務(wù)的莊重諾言，踏踏實實做人，勤勤懇懇做事，在平凡的工作崗位上燃燒自己，展示了一名醫(yī)務(wù)工作者無私奉獻、拼搏進取的精神。阿不拉，男，維吾爾族，生于1968年1月，和田市人，1990年加入中國共產(chǎn)黨，現(xiàn)任和田新生醫(yī)院院長
