【正文】 產(chǎn)品責(zé)任險(xiǎn)的綜合責(zé)任保險(xiǎn)單。保障因我們經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)生意外事故、或因我們生產(chǎn)、出售、分銷及修理的產(chǎn)品造成使用、消費(fèi)或操作該產(chǎn)品或商品的人或其它任何人的人身傷害或財(cái)產(chǎn)損失所依法應(yīng)由承擔(dān)之賠償責(zé)任。由于交貨延誤所導(dǎo)致的損失也不予負(fù)擔(dān)。本規(guī)定亦適用于供貨方部分交貨，或（根據(jù)訂單確認(rèn)書(shū)）必須支付裝運(yùn)費(fèi)用或提供其他安裝等服務(wù)的情況。本規(guī)定亦適用于供貨方部分交貨，或（根據(jù)訂單確認(rèn)書(shū)）必須支付裝運(yùn)費(fèi)用或提供其他安裝等服務(wù)的情況。Retention of title:所有權(quán)保留：1 The supplier beholds the ownership of the supplying part till the buyer transfers the last payment. 在買方支付最后貨款之前供貨方保留所供應(yīng)貨物的所有權(quán)。 3 The buyer is not allowed to mortgage or dispose the supplying part.
