【正文】 al termination or one party’s failure to sign for extension, there shall not be pensation. In case that one party disobeys the agreement, the party concerned shall pay pensation to the other party. Article 15 Amendment The amendment or supplementary articles shall be submitted in written form. Article 16 Transfer Without the prior negotiation, transferring the agreement shall be prohibited Article 17 Applicable law This agreement shall be signed and mitted in accordance with the current China’s law. Article 18 Arbitration When carrying on the agreement, if dispute arises, both parties concerned shall deal with disputes through friendly negotiation on the equal and mutual beneficial basis. In case that negotiation fails to tackle with the disputes, both parties shall submit the disputes to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing. The adjudication from CIETAC shall be effective and applicable to both parties. Article 19 Other Stipulated Terms After this agreement is signed, both parties shall make supply contract and installation contract for each dealing. In case that the contract terms happen to be contradictory with the articles of this agreement, business shall be subject to the contract terms.
