This design uses the following three kinds of plans to achieve the kiln warm control: The Fuzzy Logic Control is called the Fuzzy Control,which is one k ind of control technology on the basis of fuzzy set theory,the fuzzy language variable and the fuzzy logic inference. It can achieve the temperatme control of the curing kiln by using the fuzzy control algorithm and controlling the beark of the air in solenoid valve. The PWM pulseduration modulation depends on the change of pulse width to control the output voltage and forms pulse date which PWM needs according to the PID algorithm .The system controls the air in let valve with the PWM pulse to open and to shut off, and thus controls the curing kiln temperature. The proportion ,the integral and the differential control , are called the PID control, and are also called the PID adjustment . It bees one of the main technicals in industry control because of its simple structure, the good stability , the reliable work and the convenient adjustment . This plan controls the motorized valve with the PID output according to the PID algorithm to clear the size , thus controls the temperature of the curing kiln.
