水平的發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在人們的生活、工作中起著越來越重要的作用。一直以來人們使用人工的方式管理學(xué)生住宿信息 ,人工記錄相關(guān)信息 ,如住宿生信息、宿舍情況、宿舍資源信息、宿舍衛(wèi)生違紀(jì)信息等。 學(xué)生宿舍和公寓是學(xué)生日常生活與學(xué)習(xí)的重要場(chǎng)所,是對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治工作和素質(zhì)教育的重要陣地。近年來,國(guó)家教育部相繼出臺(tái)了《教育部關(guān)于切實(shí)加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生住宿管理的通知》、《教育部辦公廳關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生住宿管理的通知》、《教育部辦公廳關(guān)于進(jìn)一步作好高校學(xué)生住宿管理的通知》等一系列文 件,明確要求,建立健全學(xué)生公寓管理的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,明確學(xué)生公寓提供的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目,保障入住學(xué)生的日常生活;加強(qiáng)安全保衛(wèi)制度建設(shè),對(duì)學(xué)生宿舍和公寓的住宿、用電、用水、飲食、防火防盜等方面工作,制定完善的管理制度;建立安全工作信息的收集、處理和報(bào)送制度;建立值班制度和門衛(wèi)制度,開通二十四小時(shí)固定值班電話;建立安全工作檢查制度,做到全面檢查與重點(diǎn)檢查相結(jié)合、定期檢查和日常防范相結(jié)合,對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的事故隱患要及時(shí)進(jìn)行整改。 但由于管理意識(shí)薄弱,管理手段落后,管理 基礎(chǔ)不規(guī)范,安全控制體系不完善,發(fā)生在高校公寓的惡性事件屢屢發(fā)生,如何貫徹和落實(shí)有關(guān)文件和規(guī)章制度,從基層對(duì)高校學(xué)生公寓進(jìn)行科學(xué)
