【正文】 the Contract 25 days before the time of delivery stipulated hereof, if a carrier is selected and booked by the Buyer itself in accordance with the terms of this Contract, the Seller will have the modity ready for shipment by such time of delivery.

(8)付款條件： 100%不可撤消可轉(zhuǎn)讓即期信用證,在出貨前7天收到銀行正本信用證。
(10)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)：貨物的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在以下時(shí)候轉(zhuǎn)移至買方：
a) 海運(yùn)時(shí)在其越過船舷，摘下掛鉤時(shí)。
c) 鐵路運(yùn)輸時(shí)在其已交鐵路保管時(shí)。對(duì)所裝貨物所提任何異議屬于保險(xiǎn)公司、輪船公司、其他有關(guān)運(yùn)輸機(jī)構(gòu)或郵遞機(jī)構(gòu)所負(fù)責(zé)者，賣方不負(fù)任何責(zé)任。無論哪種情況下，賣方均不對(duì)貨物的可銷 性
或適用性負(fù)責(zé)，也不對(duì)任何損失賠償負(fù)責(zé)包括但又不限于直接的、間接的、附帶的損失，如買方不能在合同規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)將信用證開到或?qū)㈩A(yù)付款匯到，或者開來的信用證不符合合同規(guī)定，而在接到賣方通知后，不能按期辦妥改證，賣方有權(quán)撤銷合同或延期交貨，并有權(quán)提出索賠。
Force Majeure: The Seller shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the modity under this Contract in consequence of any force majeure incidents.
(13)仲裁：在執(zhí)行本合同中所產(chǎn)生的或者與合同有關(guān)的一切爭(zhēng)執(zhí)，由雙方協(xié)商解決。仲裁在中國(guó)進(jìn)行，由中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)，根據(jù)該委員會(huì)的仲裁程序暫行規(guī)則進(jìn)行仲裁。除仲裁委員會(huì)另有決定外，仲裁費(fèi)用由敗訴一方負(fù)擔(dān)。
Other Conditions: Any increase of cost due to national policy adjustment shall be calculated anew.
