【正文】 D69， —— 應(yīng)打?yàn)?USD69， 。按一般保險(xiǎn)習(xí)慣，保傭不保折，即如單價(jià)含有 傭金，則傭金應(yīng)計(jì)算在保險(xiǎn)金額內(nèi)，如單價(jià)含有折扣，則應(yīng)扣除折扣后，以凈價(jià) 計(jì)算保險(xiǎn)金額。 LOGO 商務(wù)單證 8) Conditions (承保條件 ) Usually the insurance pany should stamp the insurance clauses at the requirements of the insured. 應(yīng)注意保險(xiǎn)險(xiǎn)別及文句與信用證嚴(yán)格一致，即使信用證中有重復(fù)語(yǔ)句，為了避免混亂和誤解，最好按信用證規(guī)定的順序填寫(xiě)。如信用證中規(guī)定使用倫敦協(xié)會(huì)保險(xiǎn)條款，可以按信用證規(guī)定承保，保單應(yīng)按要求填制。 LOGO 商務(wù)單證 9) Marks of Goods (嘜頭 ) It should be the same as that in the L/C and the relevant invoice. 10) Total Amount Insured (總保險(xiǎn)金額 ) It should be the total amount in words. 11) Premium (保費(fèi) ) Usually the insurance pany will print “ as arranged” on the insurance policy. If L/C asks for details, premium shall be specified. 填寫(xiě)保險(xiǎn)金額大寫(xiě)，即以文字表示。 除非信用證另有規(guī)定，每筆保費(fèi)及費(fèi)率可以不具體表示。 LOGO 商務(wù)單證 12) Per Conveyance SS (運(yùn)輸工具 ) The name of the vessel and the second ship (in case of transshipment) will be specified. “ As per B/L” can be also filled in. 13) Sailing on or about（開(kāi)航日期） It can be the issuing date of B/L, or any date within 5 days before or after the issuing date or “ As per B/L date” . 14) From …To ( 起運(yùn)港 … 目的港 ) It should be the port of shipment and port of destination. If any transshipment occurs, port of transshipment should be filled in, such as “ FROM XXX (裝運(yùn)港 ) TO XXX(目的港 ) W/T AT XXX(轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)港 )（ WITH TRANSHIPMENT AT XXX）” . 如空運(yùn)，則填“ BY AIR”或“ BY AEROPLANE”；如陸運(yùn)，則填“ BY TRAIN”、“ BY WAGON NO。 LOGO 商務(wù)單證 15) Insurer（保險(xiǎn)人） It should be the stamp of the insurer ,and the signature of the person in charge. 16) Claim Payable at (賠付地點(diǎn) ) It should ply with the L/C.
