【正文】 進度，遇到設計困難聯(lián)系指導教師。三．設計的任務 每個子題目都分解成兩個主要任務：硬件電路設備分析，軟件程序設計；1） 硬件電路設備設計 在理解每個單元工藝流程的基礎上，熟悉該工段中所用到設備，包括PLC、電動機、傳感器、變頻器等，掌握每個設備工作原理和接線方式，理解這些設備之間的鏈接關系，形成一個控制回路的概念。四、設計的主要內(nèi)容 1）設計的主要內(nèi)容： a、掌握每個單元的結構組成和作用，繪制工藝流程圖；b、熟悉單元中的PLC，傳感器，繼電器和電動機，繪制電路接線圖和電氣原理圖；c、編寫PLC程序并調(diào)試功能；d、編寫上位機組態(tài)控制系統(tǒng)并調(diào)試功能。第四部分：設計人員的心得體會，設計過程中所遇到的難點，以及如何克服難點。答辯時間為5分鐘。五．設計教室及進度安排 設計教室為綜合實驗樓機房4305，現(xiàn)場測試線路和程序調(diào)試要到4308實驗室進行。工藝流程由指導教師講解，小組成員要認真聽講。第二周器件的選型，原理圖和接線圖的繪制。包括控制電路和電源電路。編寫程序時，要注意邏輯性和簡潔性，并做好注釋；調(diào)試階段，小組成員自帶筆記本電腦和連接線。根據(jù)設計任務中關于設計報告的要求進行撰寫。報告抄襲者，該課程不合格。PLC將傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制技術、計算機技術和通信技術融為一體,專門為工業(yè)控制而設計,具有功能強、通用靈活、可靠性高、環(huán)境適應性強、編程簡單、使用方便以及體積小、重量輕、功耗低等一系列優(yōu)點,因此在工業(yè)上的應用越來越廣泛。以PLC 為主控制器,結合氣動裝置、傳感技術、位置控制等技術,現(xiàn)場控制產(chǎn)品的自動檢測。 關鍵詞：可編程控制器，檢測裝置，控制系統(tǒng)，傳感器ABSTRACT PLC control is the most monly used industrial automation control method, because of its convenient control to withstand an adverse environment, it is better than MCU control in the industrial. This paper focuses on the PLC in the canned beverage production, The design of an automatic detection device with low cost and high efficiency is presented in the paper, which regards programmable logic controller PLC as the master controller and bines pneumatic device, sensing technology, position control and other technology to implement automatic detection of the products live. The device is characteristic of high automation, steady running, high precision and easy control, which can fulfill the requirement according to different situations with little modifications.
