This of design let designers on in school by learn of has a must of consolidation, understand has some usually didn39。二、工程概況工程名稱*******樓工程地址煙臺市濱海中路建設(shè)單位********置業(yè)有限公司設(shè)計單位*********勘察單位***********監(jiān)理單位******監(jiān)理公司監(jiān)督單位***********建筑工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督站施工單位*******工程總承包有限公司合同工期總工期395日歷天,開工日期*******竣工日期********結(jié)構(gòu)類型框架剪力墻三、塔吊選型、定位及結(jié)構(gòu)處理塔吊選型根據(jù)建筑物的總高、建筑物外形尺寸、主體結(jié)構(gòu)大模板施工的需要,本工程選用一臺QTZ80C型液壓自升附著式起重機(jī)(山東華夏集團(tuán)生產(chǎn)),用作主體結(jié)構(gòu)施工期間垂直運輸?shù)墓ぞ摺K醵ㄎ粸闈M足塔吊的安裝要求及使用要求,塔吊基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置在520軸東側(cè)的5P和5J 軸間,具體位置見附圖一(塔吊基礎(chǔ)平面位置圖)。結(jié)構(gòu)處理根據(jù)塔吊的定位,塔身座落在基礎(chǔ)底板上。具體做法如下:1)塔吊基礎(chǔ)頂標(biāo)高與基礎(chǔ)頂標(biāo)高一致,將塔吊基礎(chǔ)范圍內(nèi)的32和35樁承臺及基礎(chǔ)底板與塔吊基礎(chǔ)一起施工;2)施工前先按照設(shè)計要求做好該部位的防水層,并予留300mm長以便與整個基礎(chǔ)底板防水層的搭接連接;3)在塔吊基礎(chǔ)周邊,基礎(chǔ)底板厚度中間位置設(shè)3mm厚、350mm寬止水鋼板(詳見附圖二),同時按要求予留底板鋼筋以便與整個基礎(chǔ)底板的連接。四、塔吊基礎(chǔ)施工塔吊基礎(chǔ)型號的確定根據(jù)地質(zhì)勘察資料及現(xiàn)場實際土層情況,塔吊基礎(chǔ)座落在粉質(zhì)粘土層上,其地耐力為190Kpa,符合地耐力為170Kpa的基礎(chǔ)圖要求,故塔吊基礎(chǔ)按塔吊說明書b型砼基礎(chǔ)圖要求施工。塔吊基礎(chǔ)施工根據(jù)塔吊基礎(chǔ)圖及基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖,確定塔吊基礎(chǔ)外形尺寸為長寬高= 550055001350 ,砼強度等級為C,基礎(chǔ)配筋詳見附圖三,鋼筋使用前必須經(jīng)檢驗合格。砼采用商品砼(,塌落度120)內(nèi)摻5%早強劑。在砼澆筑過程中經(jīng)監(jiān)理見證取樣留設(shè)試塊2組,一組為標(biāo)養(yǎng)、一組為同條件養(yǎng)護(hù)試塊。澆筑時,用水準(zhǔn)儀及時控制底架四角的水平度。塔機(jī)組裝1)安裝底架:將底架放置于基礎(chǔ)平臺上,裝上壓板,擰緊地腳螺栓。若超差則在底盤下加鋼板墊塊,墊塊應(yīng)墊實、墊牢,擰緊20M39地腳螺栓(雙螺母防松)。3)安裝回轉(zhuǎn)支承總成將回轉(zhuǎn)支承總成吊裝到套架上,對正下支座上四根主弦桿與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)上的企口,用銷軸與套架連接起來,并用8只M363320的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)螺栓將下支座與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)連接,然后安裝上支座的工作平臺。調(diào)整16只爬升導(dǎo)輪與塔身主弦桿之間的間隙23mm,此工作應(yīng)在安裝塔頂之前進(jìn)行。吊裝
