【正文】 r Residence Permit when Lost and Renting an Apartment (House) 蘭州理工大學(xué) 留學(xué)生 入學(xué)生活指導(dǎo) The Guide of Living at LUT 蘭州理工大學(xué) 留學(xué)生 公寓管理規(guī)定 Administration Regulations on Acmodation for International Student Apartment 3 蘭州理工大學(xué) 留學(xué)生 學(xué)籍 管理 辦法 第一章 總 則 第一條 本辦法主要 適用于 在蘭州理工大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的來(lái)華留學(xué) 本科生和研究生，語(yǔ)言生、預(yù)科生和短期交流生參照本辦法執(zhí)行。 第 三 條 凡發(fā)現(xiàn) 錄取學(xué)生 所提交材料與本人不符者， 應(yīng)按規(guī)定立即離境回國(guó) 。 到校后， 學(xué)校將組織留學(xué)生持《外國(guó)人體格檢查紀(jì)錄》到甘肅省出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局辦理認(rèn)證。 、護(hù)照、照片（ 1 張 )、本國(guó)體檢材料自行去甘肅省出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局認(rèn)證和體檢。 ，應(yīng)按規(guī)定立即離境回國(guó)?；貒?guó)費(fèi)用自理。留學(xué)生因故不能如期注冊(cè)者，必須履行請(qǐng)假手續(xù)，否則以曠課論。 留學(xué)生未經(jīng)注冊(cè)，不得參加學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)教學(xué)活動(dòng)。 留學(xué) 研究生的學(xué)籍管理 按照 《 蘭州理工大學(xué) 外國(guó)留學(xué)研究生培養(yǎng)管理暫行辦法 》執(zhí)行。如 有 特殊原因確需調(diào)整學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)的，留學(xué)生本人須向?qū)W校提出書(shū)面申 請(qǐng)，國(guó)際合作處與有關(guān)院（系）及教學(xué)主管部門協(xié)商并簽署意見(jiàn)，報(bào)主管校長(zhǎng)批準(zhǔn)。必要時(shí)，由學(xué)校醫(yī)院介紹轉(zhuǎn)入指定合同醫(yī)院治療。 第 十 條 留學(xué)生患有嚴(yán)重疾病須休學(xué)回國(guó)治療。如因病、因事不能上學(xué)，應(yīng)辦理請(qǐng)假手續(xù)。因病請(qǐng)假， 5 天以內(nèi)，由留學(xué)生 所在學(xué)院批準(zhǔn)并報(bào)國(guó)際合作處備案。 5 天。 3 天以上 ，由留學(xué)生所在學(xué)院報(bào)至國(guó)際合作處批準(zhǔn)。 。 ，須停課治療、休養(yǎng)占 1 學(xué)期總學(xué)時(shí) 1/3 以上者。 ，學(xué)校認(rèn)為必須休學(xué)者。經(jīng)國(guó)際合作處批準(zhǔn)后，辦理離校手續(xù)，并發(fā)給休學(xué)證明。如留學(xué)生不能按時(shí)復(fù)學(xué)， 國(guó)際合作處 將妥善 處理房中物品，并將住房安排給他人使用。留學(xué)生在校期間休學(xué)只限一次。 第十 七 條 休學(xué)者憑休學(xué)證明按規(guī)定時(shí)間復(fù)學(xué)。返校后到國(guó)際合作處辦理復(fù)學(xué)手續(xù)。留學(xué)生須按規(guī)定時(shí)間 持復(fù)查通知書(shū) 來(lái)校復(fù)查，復(fù)查合格者通知復(fù)學(xué)，不合格者須立即 離境 ，其費(fèi)用自理。并經(jīng)指定醫(yī)院健康檢查， 方可復(fù)學(xué)。 第八章 退 學(xué) 第二 十 一 條 留學(xué)生有以下情況之一者，應(yīng)予退學(xué)： ，在校學(xué)習(xí) 時(shí)間 超過(guò) 規(guī)定 學(xué)制 2 年者 (因服兵役而休學(xué)者順延 )； ； ； ； ； 2 周 末 參加學(xué)校規(guī)定的教學(xué)活動(dòng)者； 《蘭州理工大學(xué) 留學(xué)生教育管理規(guī)定 》 中 退學(xué)條件的。 第 二 十 三 條 退學(xué)學(xué)生一經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)須在 2 周內(nèi)辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)離開(kāi)學(xué)校。 第九章 畢 業(yè) 第二十五條 符合 《蘭州理工大學(xué)外國(guó)留學(xué)本科生培養(yǎng)管理暫行辦法 》 和 《蘭州理工大學(xué) 外國(guó)留學(xué)研究生培養(yǎng)管理暫行辦法 》條件的 留學(xué)生 允 許 按期畢業(yè)。允許學(xué)生因特殊原因滯后畢業(yè)， 滯后時(shí)長(zhǎng)不得超過(guò) 2 年 （因服兵役而休學(xué)者順延）。 6 Lanzhou University of Technology (LUT) Administrative Regulation of International Students’ Enrollment Status Chapter 1 General Rule Article 1 This regulation is mainly applied in the international undergraduate and graduate students who study at Lanzhou University of Technology. Students who learn Chinese, preparatory students and shortterm exchange students can refer to this regulation. Chapter 2 Admission Article 2 Lanzhou University of Technology admits International students according to admission conditions and requirement made by the Ministry of Education of the People39。 otherwise, it will be treated as absence. If student39。 that of graduate students is followed by “Lanzhou University of Technology Graduate Students Temporary Administrative Training Regulations”. Chapter 5 Application for Change of Major Article 8 International students who study at Lanzhou University of Technology are not allowed to change theirs majors in principle. Those who need to change majors due to special reasons shall submit a written application to International Office and the respective school. International Office, the respective school will take a discussion and give their 0pinions and ask the approval of the president of the university Chapter 6 Application for Leave, Suspension and Reinstatement of Study Article 9 International student who gets diseases during his study period shall be treated at university39。s discipline. If a student is unable to attend the classes due to sickness or private affairs, the student shall take an application for leave. 1. In case of sickness, the student shall submit a medical certificate from the respective doctor and inform the teacher and class advisor promptly. The respective school is entitled to give a leave for 5 days or less and inform the International Office。 the respective school shall submit the application for leave for more than 3 days to the International Office for permit. 3. International student who miss a class without permission will be treated as absentee. 4. International students enjoy public holidays of China and summer and winter vacations. Article 12 International students with one of the following circumstances are allowed to the suspension of their studies. The period of suspension can not exceed 1 year. 1. Those who have been diagnosed with some diseases have to stop their classes for the necessary treatment, whose time duration exceeds 1/3 of a semester. 2. Those who leave exceeds 1/3 of semester according to attendance record 3. Those who be regarded as the students need to suspend of studies by university due to special 8 reasons. Article 13 International student who need to suspend his study due to sickness or private affairs shall submit a written application or medical certificate to the International Office. With the approval of university, the students shall take leaving procedure and get the suspension certificate. Article 14 International student who suspends study and requests to retain dormitory shall pay the acmodation fee before leaving university in full (Amount = acmodation fee/day50%number of leaving days). If the student is unable to reinstate the study on time, International Office will deal with the items in the room in proper way, and provide the room to other students. Article 15 International students who apply for suspension of study due to military service cannot get the permission for suspension if he hasn39。 the students whose result is unqualified shall return to his own country and bear all the costs. Article 19 International student who suspends his study due to private affairs shall submit an application to respective school 2 months prior to the time when he applies for reinstatement, and shall get the qualified physical examination result. Chapter 7 Transfer Article 20 International students shall follow the Chinese government regulations to apply for transfer. Chapter 8 Terminate Studies Article 21 The International students under one of the following circumstances shall terminate their studies: 1.
