Unqualified items will be demobilized from site on time. 9) 參加項目的事故調(diào)查，負責事故的統(tǒng)計上報。 Sponsor the joint inspection and positively perform the security performance on site. . 監(jiān)理單位的 EHS 職責 EHS responsibility for Supervision Company 1) 監(jiān)理單位按國家有關(guān)法律法規(guī)及 凱米拉化學品（南京）項目、 南京市工業(yè)化工園區(qū)對工程施工作業(yè)實施全面的安全監(jiān)督與管理，并接受項目部的檢查指導； Supervision Company shall perform fully EHS supervision and management in ply with relevant national laws and regulations issued by Kemira and NCIP as well as the inspection from project department. 2) 負責監(jiān)督承包商建立健全 EHS 管理體系； Be responsible for supervise the Contractor to establish a sophisticated EHS management system. 3) 設(shè)專職安全監(jiān)理工程師，檢查 監(jiān)督各項安全管理規(guī)定的實施； Assign the duly EHS engineers to check and monitor the execution of all kinds of EHS regulations and rules. 4) 負責組織審查各項安全技術(shù)方案，一般性的安全技術(shù)方案由監(jiān)理單位組織審查，并上報凱米拉項目部備案； Be responsible for sponsoring and reviewing all kinds of EHS technical plans. General EHS technical plans will be reviewed by Supervision Company and be submitted to Kemira Project Department for recording in archive. 5) 負責審查各承包商的 EHS 計劃，監(jiān)督施工作業(yè)安全技術(shù)方案措施落實； Be responsible for reviewing the EHS schedules from all contractors and monitor the status of implementation for EHS technical plans related to construction activities. 6) 實行安全一票否決制。承包商應按國家及凱米拉項目的有關(guān)規(guī)定做好特種作業(yè)人員的持證上崗制度；施工作業(yè)前嚴格執(zhí)行 EHS 作業(yè)票證制度，辦理各種審批手續(xù)后，方可進行施工作業(yè)； The contractor must provide wellperformed EHS training program for its staff. In pliance with relevant national norms and stipulations issued for NPC1 project, the personnel work in special profession must be certified with correspondingly qualification certificates. Prior to the work mencement, the work permit shall be strictly controlled as per EHS regulations. After all necessary procedures of verifying the conditions and documents, construction activities will be allowed to proceed on site. 6) 承包商應為管理和施工人員配備符合 EHS 要求的勞保服裝和 EHS 防護用品；配備符合 EHS 要求的施工機具和設(shè)備，并經(jīng)校驗合格； The contractor shall provide its own management team and construction crews with work uniforms and PPE in accordance with EHS requirements. Construction machineries, tools and equipment qualified for EHS regulations shall be provided and verified for acceptance. 7) 承包商應定期開展 EHS 活動，召開 EHS 例會，并做好 EHS 活動記錄； The contractor shall sponsor the EHS activities on regularly basis and arrange the EHS meetings with pletely written records. 8) 承包商應根據(jù)人、物、作業(yè)環(huán)境的不安全因素和管理缺陷 進行相應的 EHS 控制； The contractor shall perform correspondingly EHS controlling procedures in pliance with unsafe factors and the defects in management methods related to labor, materials and work environment. 9) 實行分包項目時， EHS 控制由承包商全面負責； Once the subcontractor is engaged in project execution, the contractor will take fully responsibilities for EHS controlling performance. 10) 承包商在施工中必須對環(huán)境進行保護； The contractor must protect the environment during the construction. 11) 在進行施工現(xiàn)場區(qū)域布置時，應充分考慮 EHS 防火、防爆、防污染等因素，做到分區(qū)明確，合理定位； During the period of planning the layout of site, the factors such as firefighting, explosionproof and antipollution shall be given with fully consideration in order to plan the jobsites in a clearly, reasonably manner. 12) 承包商必須建立全員 EHS 二級培訓教育制度，未經(jīng) EHS 教育的人員不得進行施工作業(yè)； The contractor must establish the ClassII (sponsored by the contractor itself) EHS training/education regulations for all personnel.
