Regulations， any member may transfer all or any of his shares by instrument in writing in any usual or mon form or in any other form which the directors may approve． The instrument shall be executed by or on behalf of the transferor and the transferor shall remain the holder of the shares transferred until the transfer is registered and the name of the transferee is entered in the register of the directors may reasonably 5 require to show the right of the transferor to make the transfer， and thereupon the pany shall subject to the powers vested in the directors by these Regulations registered as the transferee thereof， but the directors shall， in either case，have the same right to decline or suspend registration as they would have had in the case of a transfer of the share by that member before his death or bankruptcy．
