It has five stories, the height of the whole building meters. it includes two partsarchitecture design and structure design. The architectural desidn is the premise of the overall to the requirements of the design task book,considering the base environment,the usefunction,selection,construction,materials,construction equipment,aechitectural art,and on solving the buildings with the surrounding environment,buildings and a variety of detailed structure. Then I mainly solve using space in this building and coordination between inside and outside determine the architectural design,drawing construction plans. In the structure design, determine the structure design based on architecture first design. Select the right structure type. Precede structure arrangement and sizes of structure ponents to calculate. Including structural calculations and the role of puting in the calculation,the level of seismic,internal force analysis,the bination of internal forces,crosssectional draw the relevant construction drawing. Key Words： Architectural design； Structural design； Frame； Earthquake resistance。 1．建筑平面設(shè)計(jì) 建筑平面是表示建筑物在水平方向房屋個(gè)部分的組合關(guān)系。 2．各個(gè)房間的平面設(shè)計(jì) 建筑平面中各個(gè)使用房間和輔助用房，是建筑平面組合的基本單元。辦公室宜有避免西曬和眩光的措施 。 使用房間平面的設(shè)計(jì)符合以下要求： 房間的面積、形狀和尺寸要滿足室內(nèi)使用活動(dòng)和家具設(shè)備合理布置的要求。 門洞口寬度不應(yīng)小于 ，高度不應(yīng)小于 。 （ 2）使用房間的面積、形狀和尺寸 根據(jù)任務(wù)書和使用功能的要求：大型辦公室 (80 平方米 )2 間；普通辦公室 (40 平方米 )50 間；大型會(huì)議室 (150 平方米 )1 間；局長(zhǎng)副局長(zhǎng) (60 平方米 )4 間；小型會(huì)議室 (60 平方米 )5 間；衛(wèi)生間等。建筑體型反映建筑物總的體量大小，組合方式和比例尺度等，它對(duì)房屋外型 的總體效應(yīng)具有重要影響。 （ 2）建筑立面設(shè)計(jì) 建筑立面是表示房屋四周的外部形象。 建筑立面可以看成是由許多構(gòu)造部件所組成：它們有墻壁體、梁柱、墻墩等構(gòu)成房屋的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件，有門窗、陽(yáng)臺(tái)、外廊等和內(nèi)部使用空間直接連通的部件，以及臺(tái)基、勒腳、檐口等主要起到保護(hù)外墻作用的組成部分。 (二 )結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明 為使建筑平面布置靈活，獲得較大的使用空間，本結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。 鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)是由梁，柱通過(guò)節(jié)點(diǎn)連接組成的承受豎向荷載和水平荷載的結(jié)構(gòu)體系。 丹東新區(qū)
