But in the BIC reactor, big internal circle result in the fully mix for sludge and water, which will crack the toxic as possible and reduce the inhibitory effect. ④ 進(jìn)水濃度的突然增 加或進(jìn)水量的突然加大，都會對厭氧反應(yīng)器造成負(fù)荷沖擊， BIC 因其內(nèi)循環(huán)作用，瞬間的高濃度廢水進(jìn)入反應(yīng)器后，產(chǎn)氣量大，氣提量會隨著增大，從而內(nèi)循環(huán)量大，大的內(nèi)循環(huán)量能將高濃度的廢水迅速的釋稀，從而減少了有機(jī)負(fù)荷變化對反應(yīng)器的沖擊。 Export Co.,Ltd. 9 負(fù)荷突然增大后，迅速增加的產(chǎn)氣量會將污泥帶出反應(yīng)器，嚴(yán)重時會造成惡性循環(huán)，導(dǎo)致整個反應(yīng)器失敗。 ⑤ High hydraulic load and multicyclone water distribution will maximum ensure the equally water distribution.
