一、 引言
衍射是波遇到障礙物時(shí)便利直線傳播的現(xiàn)象。實(shí)驗(yàn)室中激光由于其高準(zhǔn)直性與高單色性而非常適合用于衍射現(xiàn)象的研究，準(zhǔn)直性符合夫瑯禾費(fèi)衍射中的遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)條件，單色性使我們能得到嚴(yán)格單一波長(zhǎng)光的衍射圖像而非數(shù)個(gè)波長(zhǎng)的疊加。通過(guò)對(duì)微小物體造成的衍射圖樣的分析，可以測(cè)量得到微小物體的幾何尺度，甚至幾何結(jié)構(gòu)。
二、 實(shí)驗(yàn)原理
1．衍射
衍射是波遇到障礙物是偏離直線傳播的現(xiàn)象，出現(xiàn)明顯衍射現(xiàn)象的條件是障礙物或狹縫尺寸與光波長(zhǎng)所在數(shù)量級(jí)相近。
2．菲涅爾衍射與夫瑯禾費(fèi)衍射
菲涅爾衍射是指點(diǎn)光源或接收屏距離衍射縫
有限遠(yuǎn)的情況（近場(chǎng)條件）。
夫瑯禾費(fèi)衍射是點(diǎn)光源和接受屏距離衍射縫均
無(wú)限遠(yuǎn)的情況，通?？捎闷叫泄饣蛲哥R等效實(shí)現(xiàn)這
一條件，在此條件下衍射縫寬度范圍內(nèi)的入射光可

4．巴比涅原理
巴比涅原理針對(duì)互補(bǔ)屏衍射的情況，它指出互補(bǔ)屏造成的衍射場(chǎng)中的復(fù)振幅之和等于自由波場(chǎng)的復(fù)振幅。
5．單縫、單絲衍射原理：
如右圖所示，a為單縫寬度，縫和屏
