(1)標明通知收貨人/收貨代理人的全套清潔的、已裝船的、空白抬頭、空白背書并注明運費已付/到付的海運/聯(lián)運/陸運提單。
(3)由出具的裝箱或重量單一式份。
(5)由出具的數(shù)量證明書一式份。
(7)簽發(fā)的產(chǎn)地證一式份。
TheSellershallpresentthefollowingdocumentsrequiredtothebankfornegotiation/collection:
(1)FullsetofcleanonboardOcean/CombinedTransportation/LandBillsofLadingandblankendorsedmarkedfreightprepaid/tocollect。
(3)Packinglist/weightmemoin______copiesissuedby。

(Inspection)：
雙方同意以簽發(fā)的品質(zhì)及數(shù)量檢驗證書為最后依據(jù)，對雙方具有約束力。
Incaseofqualitydiscrepancy,claimshouldbefilledbytheBuyerwithindaysafterthearrivalofthegoodsatportofdestination,whileforquantitydiscrepancy,ShippingCompany,otherTransportationOrganization/orPostOfficeareliable.
(RiskandTitle)：
除非合同雙方另有約定，貨物毀損滅失的風險在交付后轉(zhuǎn)移給買方承擔。
Unlessotherwiseprovidedbytheparties,exceptsoftwareandotherintellectualpropertyrightwhichareretainedwiththeSeller,shallpasstotheBuyeruponreceiptoffullpaymentbytheSeller.
(ForceMajeure)：
不可抗力是指不能預見、不能避免并不能克服的事件。這些情形包括但不限于：天災、戰(zhàn)爭、暴亂、火災、爆炸、水災、政府當局行為。
WhenaParty’sperformanceofitsobligationspursuanttothisContractisdelayedorrenderedimpossibleduetotheaforementionedcircumstances,suchPartyshallimmediatelyinformtheotherParty,suchPartyshallimmediatelyinformtheotherPartyofthecessationoftherespectivecircumstancesandcontinuetofullyperformitsobligationspursuanttotheprovisionsofthisContract..
(LateDeliveryandLiquidatedDamages)：
(1)賣方延遲交貨，應向買方按日支付延遲交貨部分對應貨款金額的_______%的違約金。
