Licensorhavetherighttosupervisethequalityofthegoodsinrespectofwhichtheregisteredtrademark,andLicenseeshallguaranteethequalityofthegoodsinrespectofwhichtheregisteredtrademarkisused.
被許可方同意合同產(chǎn)品將符合高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其試樣、外觀和質(zhì)量將能發(fā)揮其最好效益，并能保護(hù)和加強(qiáng)商標(biāo)名譽(yù)及其所代表的信譽(yù)。
LicenseeagreesthattheContractProductscoveredbythisContractshallbeofhighstandardandofsuchstyle,andwillbeinaccordancewithalllawswheretheContractProductsaremanufactured,saleanddistributionoftheContractProductsshallnotreflectadverselyuponthegoodnameofLicensororanyofitsprogramortheRegisteredTrademark.
為了達(dá)到這一目標(biāo)，被許可方應(yīng)在出售合同產(chǎn)品之前，免費(fèi)寄給許可方一定數(shù)量的產(chǎn)品樣品，和其包裝紙箱及包裝材料，以取得許可方的書面同意。向許可方提交的每份產(chǎn)品得到其書面同意前不能視作通過。而許可方除非提前【】天書面通知被許可方，否則不能撤銷其對(duì)樣品的同意。

五、被許可方必須在使用該注冊(cè)商標(biāo)的商品上標(biāo)明自己的企業(yè)名稱和商品產(chǎn)地。
