實(shí)告知的義務(wù) ,并對(duì)乙方進(jìn)行勞動(dòng)安全衛(wèi)生教育,防止勞動(dòng)過程中的傷亡事故,減少職業(yè) 病 危害。 Party A shall strictly ply with the legal working hours, make sure the rest and the health for Party B, Party A may extend working hours due to the requirements of its production or business after consultation with the trade union and laborers, but the extended working hour for a day shall generally not exceed one hour。 c) In following the irregular working hour system, Party B may arrange his/her working hour and resting hour at his/her own discretion, provided that the fulfillment of the work task assigned by party A is ensured. (二)甲方嚴(yán)格遵守法定的工作時(shí)間,保證乙方的休息與身心健康。 Party B’s job description and responsibilities which given by Party A, shall be accordance with SIP Labor and Social Security Bureau SIP Human Resource Department 3 the regulations stipulated by laws. Party A shall guarantee Party B to have at least one day rest per week. B、 執(zhí)行綜合計(jì)算工時(shí)制度的,乙方平均每天工作時(shí)間不超過八小時(shí),平均每 周工作時(shí)間不超過四十小時(shí) . b) In following the prehensive calculation working hour system, the average work hour of Party B shall be no longer than eight hours per day, and no longer than 40 hours per week. C、 執(zhí)行不定時(shí)工作制度的,在保證完成甲方工作任務(wù)情況下,乙方自行安排工作和休息時(shí)間 。甲方由于生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營需要,經(jīng)與工會(huì)和乙方協(xié)商后可以延 長工作時(shí)間,一般每日不得超過一小時(shí);因特殊原因需要延長工作時(shí)間的,在保障乙方身體健康的條件下延長工作時(shí)間每日不得超過三小時(shí),每月不得超過三十六小時(shí)。 if such extension is called for due to special reasons, the extended hours shall not exceed three hours a day under the condition that the health of laborers is guaranteed. However, the total extension in a month shall not exceed 36 hours. ( 三 ) 甲方按規(guī)定給予乙方享受法定休假日、年休假、婚假、喪假、產(chǎn)假、 護(hù)理 假等帶薪假期, 具體辦法 按國家有關(guān)規(guī)定 或 雙方協(xié)商 決定 。 For the position of possible occupational hazards, Party A shall fulfill the obligation to truthfully inform, and provide the occupational safety and health education, to prevent the accidents during the process of work ,to reduce occupational hazards.
