The munication board and the test card, the input control and the display panel, the PC machine connection, is the munication bridge between the machine and the television synthesis monitor . The munication board receives signal instruction from the PC machine and the input control and the display panel, and transmit instruction to the test card, testing card gives the corresponding test back to the munication board according to the instruction,then the munication board gives back to the PC machine , the input control and the display panel input control and the liquid crystal display monitor (LCD) of the display panel indicats number, carrier field intensity and article discussed the principle of design and the principle of work of the test card, the munication board, the input control and the display panel . Key words: television synthetic monitor。munications panel。隨著多媒體技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展，為廣電系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測工作提供了更加強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)平臺。所以監(jiān)測工作網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、系統(tǒng)化將成為今后廣電監(jiān)測工作的發(fā)展方向。 測試卡的設(shè)計(jì)框圖如圖 2 所示 ： 圖 2 電視信號測試卡的設(shè)計(jì)框圖 射頻信號經(jīng)高頻調(diào)諧器，輸出視頻信號、音頻信號和 AGC 信號。 視頻信號一部分經(jīng)同步分離，分離出同步信號；一部分經(jīng)低通濾波器濾除高頻分量，并經(jīng)過 ADC，將視頻信號數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給 89C51。為了減少數(shù)據(jù)量，電視信號測試卡只采集奇場數(shù)據(jù)。如果采集的每場數(shù)據(jù)都很小，接近于 0 時(shí)，則判定為黑場；如果數(shù)據(jù)基本相同，且比較大時(shí)，則判定為蘭場；如果每一行的數(shù)據(jù)都是按一定規(guī)律變化，則判定為彩條；如果數(shù)據(jù)無規(guī)律性，則將其中一場的數(shù)據(jù)與已存在 RAM中的測試卡圖數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較，如果相似度達(dá) 90%以上，則判定為測試卡圖，否則認(rèn)為是正常播出。 電視信號測試卡的部分電路設(shè)計(jì)與分析。 它由輸入電路、高頻放大器、混頻器及本振振蕩器組成，其原理框圖如圖 3所示： 圖 3 高頻調(diào)諧器原理框圖 由天線接收的電視射頻信號經(jīng)輸入電路去掉大部分無用信號，在高頻放大器中進(jìn)行受控放大（高放AGC）， 然后送入混頻器與本振回路送來的本振信號進(jìn)行混頻，得到中頻電視信號。 為接收不同頻道的電視節(jié)目，高頻調(diào)諧器中設(shè)有頻道選擇裝置，通過同時(shí)改變輸入回路、高放回路、振蕩回路的電感或電容，達(dá)到接收不同頻道電視信號并獲得固定頻率的中頻信號作用。 高頻調(diào)諧器應(yīng)具有 20 dB 的增益和較小的噪聲系數(shù)，以提高整機(jī)信噪比 ；天線、饋線、輸入回路和高放級之間阻抗要匹配，以避免產(chǎn)生反射波在電視屏幕上形成的重影；本振回路的頻率要穩(wěn)定（其頻率漂移應(yīng)小于 %），以避免產(chǎn)生信號失真和差拍干擾，為此彩色電視機(jī)中設(shè)置了 AFC 電路，其原理框圖如圖 4所示。 良好的 AGC 特性，能使接收機(jī)在信號場強(qiáng)不斷變化的情況下，能夠得到穩(wěn)定的收看效果，即不論信號場強(qiáng)怎樣，視頻信號輸出的幅度要基本恒定。為獲得高信噪比，應(yīng)盡量提高前級增益。當(dāng)被接收信號增強(qiáng)到一定程度后，為避免高頻頭的高放級及混頻級產(chǎn)生非線性失真和減小交調(diào)分量，應(yīng)停止增控中放而起控高放，即所謂延遲 AGC。 圖 5 理想的 AGC 特性 （ 2）全頻道高頻調(diào)諧器 全頻道高頻調(diào)諧器由甚高頻（ VHF）調(diào)諧器和超高頻（ UHF）調(diào)諧器組成，如圖 6 所示。圖 (b)、 (c)為接收 UHF 頻道的高頻調(diào)諧器原理 方框圖。圖 (c)為一次變頻方式，這種方式是用
