With the development and improvement of automation technique and puter technology, automation level of sewage treatment plants has also made a corresponding leap. With PLC has series of merits such as: mature technique, fine universal property, high reliability , flexible to install, convenient to expand, excellent cost performance, etc, while have enabled it gain a more and more widespread application in industrial control. This paper introduces the basic technology of processing factory and process, and through the study design a set of based on PLC control sewage system of, the article first introduces the sewage treatment control system based on PLC technology and related processes, control system hardware structure and design, working principle and design PLC control system, the basic principles and steps, to explain in wastewater treatment process of PLC application.
